Rio Ammunition Royal Buckshot 12GA 00-Buckshot 5-Rounds 2.75"

Sadly this ammo didn’t work in my mossberg 590m. Not sure if they mistakenly packaged this but it’s size is longer than my other shotgun ammo. Pkg says 2” 3/4 but looks more like 3”. Worked in my friend’s standard 590

I will no longer buy Rio 12 gauge buckshot ammo. I have had a issue with them in my VR80 magazines. The clear plastic piece thats in front has cracked and broke a couple of time in my semi auto shotgun

Purchased because it was all that was available. Shoots well , good patterns, no excessive powder fouling as in other inexpensive brands. Will purchase again if available.

This is ammo is great for what it is intended to do. I have shot it out of many different weapons with the same results. Shooting it out of a side by side coach gun will get your attention. Wish I could buy more of it.

Powerful ammo with a good pattern and grouping. Good price for the amount of damage the shot did, and I would recommend this load for defence or hunting applications.

Good price on some powerful shells that do alot of damage. Clear plastic hulls are cool, you can see the shot and powder.

Haven’t fired yet but load and eject nicely in my Dickinson XX3d2 Defense Tactical 12 gauge. Great price too and in stock often.

I loaded them into my AR12 semi-auto and fired 2 magazines full without so much as a hiccup. What more can you ask for? Great price,worked great. I would recommend and I would buy again.

I haven’t used these rounds yet but have had some great experiences with Rio in bird shot. Seems well made.

The very best bang for the buck! Over 300 rounds through my VR80 without a single issue! If you can find them, BUY THEM!

Great price and no problems cycling though my Mossberg. Recoil is only slightly lower than major leading brand ammo. The price makes it absolutely worth it regardless of recoil.

Shot a 20 rounds yesterday and it cycled with no issues. Good for home defense ammo and its affordable too.

Low price point, available, and “shootable”. Cycles fine through my SV60 semi-auto 12 gauge. What’s not to like?

Great price point and was the only 00 available a few weeks ago. Cycles without issues through my Benelli nova and puts 9 holes in stuff I point it at with reasonable recoil. Will buy more when it’s available again.

only problem with them is that they’re slightly longer than normal 2 3/4” i have 6+1 capacity shotgun but when using this ammo i can only get 5+1.

Great for the price point. The shells use a roll crimp instead of a star crimp. So depending on your scatter gun's magazine tube you might get minus one capacity. My Mossberg 500 capacity is 5 and these Rio shells are longer than other shells but i still fit 5 just fine.

I’ve been shooting these for years, they were the cheapest 00 buck shells at Cabela’s. I love them I’ve never had a problem cycling them through my shotguns.

Really great deer stopping ammo. It’s like hitting a light switch when you pop a primer on a buck! Killed my 9 point with rio 00 buckshot!
