1 year agoNot a bad gun feels nice i have been waiting to get one since prepandemic now that they have been back in restocks a few times finally pulled the trigger i got mine customized but the 4 star rating is i hot a defected magazine out the box (rock island did send me replacement didnt take that long even during the crazy holiday time) and it Did come with a few surface scratches etc. other then that nice gun comes with super basic grips might want to definilEy upgrade those !

1 year agoThe Rock Island 45 ACP is a sweet Hand gun.. Shoots straight right from the box. I did buy 2 Extra Magazines. Only 1 Mag.come with the gun. The muzzle flip is very manageable. I shot 3 different types of ammo thru it. Seller Bellot, Remington UMC, and Tulammo. no trouble what so ever. The Rock Island M 1911 GI Standard Pistol is my gun of choice. Thank you Sportsman's Warehouse, for the right gun for the right person.

1 year agoThis 1911 is extremely beautiful. Don’t hesitate and buy one. I’ve shot over 800,00 rounds through it without any problems. I constantly get compliments anywhere I go.

1 year agoI found what I was looking for and was trouble free. There was a delay by the receiving gun store FFL due to their internal work flow. I would buy again from this site.
