Rossi R92 Carbine .45 Colt Lever Action Rifle, Brown – 920452013

Satisfied with my purchase. Shoots well. Mechanics are good, fit and finish are good. Over 100 rounds through it. As expected, the pattern is a bit loose, but what do you expect from iron sights, and shooting handgun rounds. I would recommend this rifle if you already shoot .45 Colt in a handgun just to have a rifle that can shoot it as well.

For the price this can't be beat. If you like side loaders verses front loaders (aka tube loaders), this is the rifle to have in lever action. Not as smooth of an action as a Henry (of course) which costs almost twice as much. Has some rough edges (loading gate and cocking lever) but other than that, a great rifle. Fit and finish is good. Functions completely. Blued finish is standard quality. I am doing my own action job. I will smooth the loading gate edges and lever edges before I have it

Excellent lever rifle, complements my 45 Colt revolvers perfectly. At the price this beats all the competition hands down.

nothing like a lever action rifle. this 45 colt is just like my 44 magnum. Smooth and fun to load, hard cast or JHP.

I very much like my Rossi R92. Mine is more accurate than my Henry and a lot lighter. No problems loading or feeding.

Haven't had a chance to fire it yet, that's why I'm inquiring about the Leupold VX-Freedom 350 Legend scope to mount on my new Rossi R92.

Rifle shot a good group at 50 and 75 yards offhand , I would like it if it was offered in side ejection.

Had heard that trigger needed a little work, but honestly it has a nice light, but crisp break and as this was my first 45 LC firearm, I thought would need a pad at the stock too, but not bad recoil. Is accurate right out of the box! Real happy with the purchase!

Very happy with this gun for the price. Action seems smooth and easy, and the trigger is suprisingly nice. Seems to cycle and run just fine with various reloads, lead, plated, JHP, Ruger only loads, etc, no problems. Fit and finish also seem nice, especially considering the price. Very happy with this purchase.

Quality of blueing and inletting far exceeded my expectations. Action was a little still at first but is starting to smooth out after a 150 rounds. Barrel very smooth.

Nice gun ! The magazine ramp is a bit sharp on the edges. After loading several rounds your thumbs will feel it. Should round off a bit after some use but a great shooter feels nice a solid with a smooth action.

Have not shot it yet but will find ammo soon enough. This and the 45 long colt pistol is all I dreamed about ever since I was a little kid and saw my first John Wayne movie.
