Many generations of American shooters, young and old, have shared the experience and thrill of shooting Ruger 10/22 from youth well into old age and this rendition appropriately pays homage to this tradition with a fine American Walnut hardwood stock, and the time-proven reliability and precision. The Ruger 10/22 is one of the most popular, and widely used rimfire rifles in the US. And justifiably so—the 10/22 has had a solid reputation for reliability and accuracy for over 50 years, making it a favorite for target shooting, plinking, and small game hunting. The 10/22 Sporter comes with a finely finished, walnut stock with cut checkering. The stock has a flat buttplate with a non-slip rubber pad, no barrel band on the fore-end, and sling swivels. The barrel is blued black, and the receiver finished in satin black. The 10/22 utilizes a blowback semi-auto action, and a 10-shot rotary magazine, both of which are legendary for reliability. The hammer-forged barrel locks into the receiver by a unique 2-screw, V-block system that provides unsurpassed accuracy for rimfire rifles. The Sporter model comes with a fine, gold bead front sight and an adjustable, folding rear sight. An extended magazine release allows for rapid reloading.

1 year agoI really like this firearm, BUT I wish that the bolt would lock open when the magazine is empty. Otherwise glad for the purchase.

1 year agoBought this rugger 10/22 sporter deluxe for my wife as she likes to shoot the .22 it looks cool with the American walnut stock and blued barrel, Grab A GUN has the best price by far communication and shipping are spot on quality is also spot on highly recommend this company, I'm looking to buy couple more long guns and pistols in the future and this is where they will be purchased, excellent discounts daily & monthly, pleasure to do business with these guys.my wife hasn't shot it yet but im confident in saying I don't think there will be any issues.

1 year agoThe only true stock for a 10/22 is real wood. If you need a takedown you're either a weenie or a tacticool gear-whore. This firearm shoots straight. America. ????????

1 year agoThis is the best looking ruger 10/22 model in my opinion. The checkered walnut stock is great and it doesn’t have the barrel band like other models that is ugly to me. The iron sites worked well enough and I zeroed them at 25 yards but had a 3x9 scope laying around not being used to I mounted it and zeroed at 50 yards with a 100 yard holdover point. It’s fun to shoot and pretty to look at. At $239 it was the best price around. I saw used ones going for that much. I bought a ruger 25rnd banana … Read More

1 year agoThe service as always was the absolute best as was the pricing. Thank you GrabaGun. The rifle is equally outstanding. It is accurate, very well-made and the cross hatch engraving makes the walnut stocked rifle something that could be handed down for generations. Rifle also cam with one 10 round rotary mag and the rail hardware to mount a scope or other optic. Great rifle, great service. I should have bought two.

1 year agoThe Ruger 10/22 is a great little rimfire rifle. I was able to get the Sporter model with a walnut stock at GrabaGun for $100 less than my favorite FFL sells them for. Highly satisfied with both my purchase and the prompt shipping.

1 year agoFun little rifle. Mini mags to break in helps. After 100 mini mags it was much smoother. Now it will probably feed anything.

1 year agoI just pick up my new Sporter Carbine. During my mandatory wait period, I had time to decide and procure all of the items that I would need to make my already great shooter into a totally awesome plinker. Grab a Gun had a great price, and of course the reasonable shipping fees make purchasing a real no brainer. Even though I never got the opportunity to shoot my little carbine in stock condition, I don't think that I will miss it all that much. I really like the way it turned out. With the Bull Barrel, and Hogue Stock and other enhancements make for some fun times.

1 year agoI really like this. It is a very comfortable, lightweight rifle. It operates smoothly and is very accurate. I added a scope and see through mounts, so I have the option of either.

1 year agoThe grain in the wood stock is really nice. The gun shoots great in stock form, however I made a few mods to it. BX trigger, Volquartsen auto bolt release, Volquartsen extractor, and a Viton with steel insert bolt buffer. I’m considering sending the bolt off to get a radius on the rear and pin the firing pin. Just too many things to do with this thing.

1 year agoMy first 10/22. It eats any ammo (except a few FTEs of Fed bulk lead RN) and probably more accurate than I am. Scope doesn't make much difference over 75 yds so I just mounted an inexpensive red dot and work on that skill. Stock trigger is as the internet reports - a grindy brick. For price of a BX replacement, I sent trigger to Brimstone and now the stock trigger is 2lb 2 oz, beautifully clean. Just a fun 22!

1 year agoI couldn't be more pleased with this .22 rifle. I really like the Ruger rotary magazine and the Sporter's longer barrel as compared to the Ruger 10/22 Carbine. Once again I'm not disappointed by the Ruger family of firearms.

1 year agoAs expected, my Ruger, 1022 Sporter functions perfectly and the walnut stock is awesome. I mounted a Viridian 3-9 x 40 scope, and it shoots accurately and flawlessly. It reminds me of my old Ruger, M77, different action and much different caliber of course.
