2 years agoMy initial thoughts from the first time i picked it up were, this thing feels really good in my hand. the weight and balance of it felt good, and it got even better with a fully loaded magazine inserted. I also own an fn five seven, and i never found it to be particularly comfortable in my hand. the ruger feels so much more natural and makes it so much easier to get sight picture on target. I saw some videos where people were criticizing the trigger, but i found the trigger to be … Read More

1 year agoThis is the best of the best. Wow. Took it out at 200yds with slight adjustments. At 125 was hitting a 12 inch steal target. I hope Ruger makes a carbine similiar to the PC 9 in this caliber. Wow i love this gun !!!!!

1 year agoflawless, expeditious purchase from Grabagun. The ruger 57 is one really cool gun. Light. Thin. Easy sight acquisition. A natural pointer. And 20 rounds of hyper-velocity ammo. The need for speed weds form & function, Perfectly. Highly recommend to all!

1 year agoHaven't shot this because no ammo is available at any price, hence the 3 stars for now. Ruger should have engaged many ammo manufacturers to produce the 5.7 x 28 ammo before release of this handgun instead of FN having a captive market.

1 year agoWell built Ruger product. I have fondled it, taken it down per the owner's manual. But, haven't been able to shoot it yet due to the COVID -19 shutdown. Was able to get some ammo, so I'm ready to get to the range with it.

1 year agoIve only had the Ruger 57 for around a week and only fired around 50 rounds so far. It is a nice looking, well made firearm. I havent quite got a feel for it yet but it seems pretty accurate. Have no complaints.

1 year agoI’m mostly pleased with this capable pistol. It’s more accurate than its FN counterpart at a fraction of the price. On the upside: Bright and easy to use fiber optic site. Ambidextrous safety and mag release Large magazine capacity Light weight for every day carry Down side My only gripe is the crappy trigger pull.., there’s to much play and the action is very different compared to the other pistols I’m used to. Overall, I’m happy with my purchase and continue to be impressed with what Ruger delivers at a fair value.

1 year agoI own just about every handgun out there. I have the FN 5.7 pistol and PS90 5.7 . The Ruger 57 is by far better to shoot and carry than any other handgun I own. Well worth buying one if you can find one in stock. The ruger 57 with the California compliant 10 round magazines are the easiest models to find. Just order the 20 round magazines and they work in all ruger 57 models instead of the 10 round magazines..

1 year agoThe gun and the case are high quality - now if Speer or FNH would make some ammo we would be all set.

1 year agoIf not for the price of ammo, hands down one of the most fun guns to shoot i have ever owned. Twenty round mags + gun at 650$ good value. Ten round mags + gun at 650$ a little over priced.

1 year ago5.7 x28mm Ruger 57 I really thought it would be too large for my stubby fingers. Nope not at all, more like a glove. The feel is just right. I bought two 20 round magazines kept waiting for the gun to be sold with the 20s but got tired of waiting. Ammo is hard to come by, so

1 year agoBeen happy with other Ruger products so thought I would buy the new 57. Right out of the box it shot good groups at 7 yds. Tweaked the front sight a bit and now it is spot on. Not a single problem shooting over 100 rounds at the range. Great gun. Thanks Sportsman's Warehouse.

1 year agoRound is amazing, though hard to get. Gun is solid, fits my hand very well. Everyone who shoots it wants it.

1 year agoRuger has outdone themselves with the Ruger 57. Build quality is excellent, grip fits well in my hand, very little kick when firing. Had no misfeeds or misfires and is fun to shoot. Too bad ammo is unicorn rare, and when you can find it, is being scalped for twice the usual too high price.
