The Ruger American Predator Rifle in 6.5 Creedmoor is one of the best hunting rifles on today’s market without the high price tag. This rifle is so accurate that every hunt is sure to be a success. The ergonomic, lightweight synthetic stock designed for quick, easy handling blends a classic look with modern forend contouring and grip serrations. The one-piece, three-lug bolt with 70° throw provides ample scope clearance and utilizes a full diameter bolt body and dual cocking cams for smooth, easy cycling from the shoulder. Offers minute-of-angle accuracy that can make every hunt a success. Heavier tapered, threaded barrel is cold hammer-forged, resulting in ultra-precise rifling that provides exceptional accuracy, longevity, and easy cleaning. Soft rubber butt pad is crafted for maximum recoil reduction. Factory-Installed One-Piece Aluminum Scope Rail. The Ruger Marksman Adjustable trigger offers a crisp release with a pull weight that is user adjustable between 3 and 5 pounds.

OVERALL, it was a very easy and simple process. I actually received my rifle sooner then expected. My FFL dealer was on there perfered list, so it was a simple process.

I have owned 3 of these and have yet to get to shoot 1. The stocks are all bad as far as i have seen on my 3 guns and 2 replacement stocks 1 of the rifles was replaced and it also came to me with a defective stock. Where the barrel is free floated they have giant gap on left and tight or touching on right side of barrel. I am very dissapointed that not even the replacement firearm was correct, one would think that they would get the replacement right. Ruger swung and missed on this 1.

The barrel without the break is 21" not 22" The front of the magazine rocks up an down making it unreliable. I thought I bought it new but it came with visible bolt wear and a barrel loaded with copper. I have shot some 1/2" three shot groups with it but then the point of impact shifts 2" up to the left. I haven't figured out why yet. Regret this puchase.

The rifle looks great, I found separation from the plastic to the barrel. I talked to a manager and he told me that Ruger American manufactures them like that and that it should not affect the accuracy of the rifle. I’m more worried about rain/dirt building under the barrel. I guess I’ll have to wait and see what happens. For the price of the rifle I was expecting a little better quality!

Gun is great! It would be nice if you would have ammo for the gun. They told me they would have ammo. Bought the gun then they said they were out of ammo. Took over a month going in every day before I found ammo. If I would have known I would not have bought the gun!!!

Looks great, feels great. The reason for only 4 start is it comes with a zero MOA rail. I’m replacing it with a 20 MOA rail. Seems unrealistic to have a flat rail on a firearm that has the range this one does. I would absolutely recommend this to a friend but would also advise that the rail needs changing.

Overall am happy, but the clip is pretty cheap and it falls out all the time no matter how much you try to make it secure. Going to have to find one that isnt cheap plastic But it shoots true with a number of different loads

I truly enjoy this rifle! I have never owned a Ruger American until now, and I paired it with a Vortex 4-16x44mm Viper. It shoots and handles amazingly! Mine is chambered in 6.5 creedmoor, and it is truly a joy to shoot. I would recommend this rifle to anyone!

Love my rifle but I did upgrade the stock to the magpul stock which in turn makes it a true free floating barrel.

This is the pleasant rifle I have ever fired. The accuracy and shot pattern is consistent and true! This rifle will be the go to for my family for a long time.

My first Ruger rifle. Fine shooting rifle for the price. Cerakote finish is nice. Would definitely recommend if you want an accurate rifle that won't break the bank.

Great river rifle. Easy to cite in and was accurate at the range. Now it’s just finding 6.5 Creedmoor ammo. Nothing is available out there except through private auctions

Like the weight and balance of the rifle. Feels great with light weight scope.. finish is very nice, no bolt binding, and trigger is smooth and adjustable.

Overall awesome hunting rifle! I already have a Ruger American Predator 6.5mm with the Magpul American Hunter stock and I really like it but at 14 pounds it is too heavy for me to hunt with. The Ruger American Predator Go Wild in 6.5mm Creedmoor is just under 9 pounds including a Vortex Viper 4-16x44 scope and a loaded 5 round AICS magazine. Much easier for me to carry while hunting! I really like way this rifle shoots, sub MOA all day long. 70 degree bolt throw on the 3 lug bolt is nice. It

Gun is great, some tweaks to the scope adjustments and we were in the bulleye. Very little recoil for this gun, which makes even better for my wife to shoot.

My 9 year old shoot his first buck with this gun. He loves shooting it. I just need more ammunition.
