The rifle is very accurate. 1st trial of reloads I'm getting slightly better than 0.5 MOA groups at 200 yards(That 5 shot group in the pic is at 200 yards). I'm excited to try some different bullets, and try different seating depths to see what I can get the group size down to. But 0.5 MOA is a pretty good start.
Though if I were doing it over, I might buy the rifle without the scope package and get a better scope. I'm on the second scope back from Vortex and will be sending it back to them also. If you do get the scope package, check your rings and base when you pull the gun out of the box, they were all loose from the factory install at Ruger.

I purchased this rifle in 6.5 creedmoor knowing the stock is where they saved money. It shot little over 1 moa out of the box. I put it inxa mdt chassis and it shot .56 of an moa at 100yards.
The rifle shoots 800 yards brilliantly.

Fantastic price for the gun. Put a Magpul bipod and a mcarbo trigger spring in and it shoots very accurately. It's a super light gun and would be great for almost any one to shoot. Cheap frontier ammo runs smooth and consistent. Not one problem with the feeding in the first 100 rounds that's gone through it. Pic rail, rings, and scope needs to be leveled and torqued but that's really all.
