This is the .357 to own! I took this to the range and put 200 rounds through it and I am impressed at the accuracy right out of the box. I fired .38 Sp and .357 mag. and consistently had groupings of 1.5" at 20 yards. Very accurate and easy to handle. A great weapon. I haven't tried the 9mm cylinder yet but plan to on my next trip to the range. This is well with the money.

My first time out was with 9mm and 38 Spl. The 6.5" barrel is not that much more weight and accuracy is great. I was punching overlapping holes in paper right out of the box. The single action is not my favorite for reloading, but the conversion between 357/38 and 9mm is worth the hassle. Well balanced and great quality. There's definitely a reason why these are never in stock long. Get one and find out why!

Took it to an indoor range first time out. With 357 rounds loaded the first shot quieted all the lanes either way. My first round BOOM let everyone know something new was in town. Right out of the box, first round was a bulls eye at ten yards. This weapon has a nice smooth trigger pull and perfect balance and feel for a revolver. The 9mm cylinder makes shooting a little more affordable, and it is easy to switch. Highly recommended. Buy it while you can.

I read the manual first, load her with dummy bullets practicing loading and unloading. She is a beauty. The weight feels great and has a good balance. I love cowboy style! It will be two weeks since I brought it home maybe sometime next week I will try shooting. I like the fact that I can use 3 bullet sizes. I prefer revolvers over semi automatics. This a great gun. Right out of the box, it felt right in my hands. Smooth trigger pull, easily done with either hand. Using 158 grain .357 mag the revolver was just awesome. Converting to 9mm was fast and easy. I spent over an hour blazing through 100 rounds and peppering my target. At 25ft away I did not lose a single round off the 12" x 12" target.

This is a very nice gun. I have shot 38s, 9s, and 357 mags in it. The 9s seem to be the best all around round to shoot. They have an adequate amount of power and the cheapest to shoot. The 38s were weak and PPU 158 grain 357 mags are kunckle busters. It is a great gun with a lot of flexibility.

The options with this gun are great. With the 6.5 in barrel you can use 9mm or 38 special for target practice at the range or load up with 357 for the field. The gun was accurate right out of the box with all three calibers. The gun comes with plastic grips which are small for my hands. I put a set of Altamont wood grips which are approx..25 inch wider which made it more comfortable and made the gun stand out. Grab A Gun was great at sending the gun out fast after I ordered it. Been wanting a ruger blackhawk 357/9mm convertible for quite a while & grab a gun had a good deal on one. contrary to what some have said, this gun fires the 9mm luger just as well as 38 specials & 357 Mags, which is quite well indeed. trigger is EXCEPTIONALLY smooth on this gun with a just right pull weight. Great Revolver. Very fun to shoot. Love the extra 9 mm cylinder. Put 100 rounds through it today with my 13 year old son. We had a great time, and the Ruger functioned flawlessly. I highly recommend this firearm.

I've been shooting this gun for a few months now and couldn't be more pleased. I like being able to switch between calibers. This is my first ever single action and it's so much fun to just shoot this thing. It's a ruge r and built like a tank. More accurate than I am.
