The Ruger EC9s is a slim, lightweight, and compact 9mm pistol for personal protection. It is just slightly larger than the popular LCP® compact pistol. With the striker fired system and short, light, crisp trigger you can expect faster, more accurate shooting. The checkering pattern on the grip ensures a secure and comfortable grip as well as an included finger grip extension. Built-in safety features include a trigger safety, manual safety, magazine disconnect, and an inspection port that allows you to visually confirm a loaded or empty chamber.

Love the features on this lightweight compact 9mm. It's a great little pistol for concealed carry and a top brand in this price range. After shopping around and talking to different gun shops I kept hearing the same thing, best gun for the money! The magazine carries seven and with one in the chamber that gives you eight shots, not as many as some but enough for this neat compact pistol. If you have a small hand and want a 9mm this is the gun for you.

Absolutely love my Ruger EC9s. Great piece to go with my Springfield Hellcat. I've fired multiple rounds so far & have had zero issues. Now I just need to get an additional magazine.

Great little EDC for the price and for being a sub compact it is a comfortable grip whith the mag that comes with it.

Excellent concealed carry weapon. Compact and very easy to conceal. With the addition of a Armalaser TR9 green laser, this little thing is a force to be reckoned with. With a double handed grip for stability, this thing is spooky accurate even at considerate distance. If you need to carry concealed, this is an excellent choice.

Shipping was fast. The Ruger 9mm EC9s is a nice new compact edition to my collection. I've ran 50 rounds through it so far with no problems.

Very easy to shoot and handle. Fits nicely in my palm without a ton of recoil. I may buy another one for my daughter. I love it.

Sorry, but this pistol gives me the impression of being a toy. I know in a carry situation you want small and light but personally, I need some "heft". On the very first mag, the third round hung up bad enough to make me nervous. I ran a second mag through it and again a round hung, so after that, I was done. I sold it and got my money back, and will gravitate toward guns like the Kimber Micro or the Sig 365 for concealed carry. Just a matter of spending some time at my local range renting

Fit feel and function are great. Fixed sights are good and with practice I’ve had no problems at the range. Still a good price for a ruger

Great little shooter straight out of the box. I shoot it better than my Hellcat. Awesome value. I may add some white paint to the front sight to make it more easily visible.

One of the best EDC pistols you will ever find. Thin and sub-compact. Holds more rounds than a much more expensive Glock 43 and the EC9 s carry's easier and cycles much smoother. Plenty of higher capacity magazines available as well as a host of other accessories. Has the style of 007's Walter but with a bigger punch! A gentleman's hammer! When the pistol is new all the moving parts are tight but just one trip to the range and everything works smoother. I've taken it to the range 3 times, and

Bought on 3-19-22 shot on 4-14-22. I am 73 yrs old and the fixed sight gave me many bullseyes and all shots in a tight pattern. I conceal carried it for 3 wks before I shot it and I am very happy, no negatives. I recommend it; if that means anything to you. If you spend twice as much can the gun be twice as good? ( this is my 4th 9mm and a very good gun). you're welcome.

I have always liked Ruger weapons. Unfortunately the eC9s has a very serious main spring. It is very to hard to rack if a person has neuropathy. I have installed a rack assist but it didn’t help much. Other than that it is easily concealed.

It's a very good carry option and I have had no issues with this pistol. It eats what ever I load it with. I just wish Ruger would do a little better job with trigger travel and reset. It is my EDC. Also affordable and accessories are plentiful .

Excellent firearm for the money and it shot perfectly right out of the box with zero drama. I did add a Techna-Clip as well as a Hogue sleeve. I also painted the sights white and this thing is now rockin!

Nice pistol. I bought it mainly for dog walks and I couldn’t pass up the price. Went through 300 rounds of AAC 115 grain. No issues yet. Very accurate. Only thing I don’t like is magazine disconnect and I had to paint front sight. If it wasn’t for that I would have given it 5 stars.

This was and still is my first CCW and I love it. I've carried it for a about 3 years now. The multiple safeties are great confidence builders if you have never ran a CCW before. It is very easy to conceal and gets the job done for a very low price coming from a company with a good track record and great customer service, plus its made in the USA! I would highly recommend a hogue grip which gives a much better purchase as the factory grip is small and thin even for someone with smaller

price is great, shoots well my only complain is that you only get one magazine and the fixed sights are blacked out, making it hard to see.

Great gun for the price. Yeah you can critic the gun about only coming with one 7 round magazine, but it serves its purpose and very reliable.

Ruger has an awesome rep for good reason(s): whether it's fair prices, all-USA design and manufacture, parts availability, easy concealment or whatever... The EC9 fits the bill on all counts. I love mine and added a ProMag spare magazine and was good to go. With the extra magazine, shipping & tax and the transfer fee, I was still under $275 and that's pretty darn hard to beat!
