Bought a Ruger LCP a few months ago at a good price. I chose LCP over similarly priced S&W bodyguard 380. The bodyguard 380 is a better built pistol than LCP. But based on the online reviews, LCP seems to be slightly more reliable and portable. As a new pistol, the slide can be difficult to rack. Magazine insertion is not as smooth as higher end pistols.

We absolutely love our compact 380s. Looking at purchasing another one for a family member. Surprisingly accurate for such a smaller barrel. Easy to carry and easy to conceal.

I have shot a few boxes of ammo and it shoots super good. It is also a great carry gun. The size is perfect and light weight. For the price, you can not go wrong.

There was a rough spot on the upper and or lower which was wearing the finish off of the upper. Sent information to Ruger but they never responded to me. Also the trigger pinches my finger when I shoot it. Don't care for the Gun!

I bought this hand gun and have put 200 rounds thru it. Very dependable and the thin design allows it to be carried in you pocket. Will be ordering another for my wife to carry.

This does exactly what I wanted it to do. Fits in a wallet sized pocket and puts holes in things I shoot it at

Bought this for a “running” gun. When out on trails and urban woods you are faced more and more with situations that may require you to have your CCW on you. This is perfect being so small and light. When not running it’s a great pocket sized CCW.

I bought this pistol as a backup to my conceal carry pistol. It is easily concealable in a pants or jacket pocket, or carry bag.

I've had this pistol for about 4 years now and I love it. Smooth edges make it easy for pockets and such so you wont get stuck while pulling out. Smooth shots and even for somebody 6'1 it still holds well in my hand.

I bought this gun a few months ago and it is a great concealed pistol. Fits in pocket or ankle well. However, being as small as it is you will feel it after a few shots. A grip would definitely help.

Love the size of this gun, fits in my pocket well. Ran maybe 50 rounds though it, worked fine. Then it started jamming. Used different ammo, different magazine,, cleaned it, polished the feeding ramp,, a little better, but still jams. I see online the same problem. Really like the gun and don't want to give up on it,, but it's worthless like this.

Not the quality I expect from Ruger. Had in ankle holster for 4 hours and rusted up immediately. Spare magazine in pocket also rusted up almost immediately.

Starts rust immediately, NOT RUGER QUALITY, THIS PISTOL DOES NOTHING BUT GET RUSTY. WHATS THE POINT OF HAVING A POCKET PISTOL WHEN YOU CAN'T EVEN CARRY IT. JUST A CHUNK OF RUSTY STEEL. TRASH FINISH. VERY DISAPPOINTING AND I NOTIFIED RUGER AND THEY DON'T CARE. SO THIS WILL BE MY LAST RUGER I PURCHASE

Rugar is normally a great brand to go with. This particular firearm does not live up to there branding. Can only use 4 rounds in the magazine and install. 5 rounds you have to slam the magazine. 6 rounds is almost impossible to install magazine. With 5 rounds and magazine installed, chambering a round grinds. 6 rounds is next to impossible to chamber. Bad design from the start. From all i ha e read after buying, rugar says this is normal functionality. When firing with 5 rounds i had issues with the next round to chamber. No issues with 4 rounds. Did not try with 6. If i knew what i know now, i would not have purchased.

it's a small gun, I wish I would of had the chance to shoot it before I bought it. I fired 1 mag and completely dislike it. Now I'm stuck with it.
