The Ruger Mark IV Standard .22LR Blued Pistol was designed to fix a problem that has been frustrating shooters for decades. With it’s updated design the Mark IV now features a one-piece CNC machined grip frame that has a simple one-button takedown for quick and easy field-stripping and proper chamber to muzzle cleaning. The recessed button in the back of the frame allows the upper receiver to tilt up and off of the grip frame without the use of any tools. The Mark IV has an internal cylindrical bolt construction that ensures permanent sight to barrel alignment and higher accuracy potential than conventional moving-slide designs. Contoured ejection port and easy to grasp bolt ears allow for durable and reliable operation round after round. This gun also has an accurate sighting system that features an adjustable rear sight drilled and tapped receiver for weaver or Picatinny style rails.

2 years agoThe price was right and the pistol was perfect. This updated model passes all tests for a new Ruger. I added walnut grips as a personal touch. The delivery was very fast from here.

1 year agoBought my first Ruger Standard in 1974. Put over 50,000 rounds through it and it shot better than new. This new one is lighter and with improved safety lever and shoots just as well as the old one. Great gun!!

1 year agoGreat price, shipped at the speed of sound (I think my gunshop had it in almost under 24hrs), product new as described. 10/10 would buy again.

1 year agoVery pleased...well made...no malfunctions yet. Reasonably priced. Grab A Gun provided excellent and prompt service with my order.

1 year agoMine is very accurate and fun to shoot. Very easy to clean. One of my most reliable semi-auto rimfires. Pretty cool looking, it's a replica of a WW2 Japanese Nambu pistol.

1 year agoI finally got out to the range to shoot this pistol. I was not disappointed. It performed as I expected and I am very satisfied with this purchase. I sold a Browning Buckmark to make room for this Ruger and have no regrets. The take-down process is a marvelous improvement for Ruger over their Mk I, II, and III models. Highly recommend for a new or experienced shooter.

1 year agoGreat handgun, I have about 500rds thru it so far without a hickup. Very accurate, and makes a great woods gun. Also take down is a breeze with the Mk IV series.

1 year agoI bought this version to match my original standard auto. With the new push button takedown it is a breeze to clean. I've never had a problem with disassembling the original, but I've put many back together for others who could not reassemble theirs.

1 year agoAfter owning a MARK III and a 22/45 , I did not think I would ever buy another Ruger Mark. This Mark IV is a dream come true.I would like to add that this is my first gun bought from GRAB A GUN and everything went SMOOTH AS SILK .THANKS GUYS & ( GIRLS)

1 year agoEven with my M&Ps, the AR, and revolvers, this thing sees the most use when going to the range. Fired everything I fed it without missing a beat. Always wanted one and at the price I couldn't pass it up. Cheap to shoot, reliable, and a tack hammer that completely shot out the bull's-eye.

1 year agoRuger knocked the ball out of the park with the MK IV Standard .22 LR with this model. Disassembly and reassembly is the simplest ever and it still runs like a sewing machine. I own most every model Ruger has made in a .22 LR and this one gets an a Gold Medal in my book. Thank you Ruger, I've already written to you telling you I love this product. Everyone should buy one. I mean that too!

1 year agoA classic design with a Re thought out takedown. The mark 4 is effortless to field strip for cleaning unlike its predecessors. One tip of the takedown pin with the safety engages and it will tip forward and apart. It points as naturally as your finger and the fixed barrel gave good accuracy at even 25 yards. I thought that the fixed sights would be limiting , but found several bullseye hits when I went to the target at the 25 yard mark. And I am certainly no marksman. Can’t wait to let the wife … Read More

1 year agoGreat gun and great price! I own the original Mark one as well as the Marktwo I have always enjoyed them. This has all the best of those plus the convenience of easy takedown and a light aluminum Frame. High-quality Gun and very reasonable price – can’t go wrong

1 year agoin a short period of time, it has become my go-to plinker and woods gun. it's reliable with a variety of rimfire ammunition and is more than accurate for plinking and informal target shooting. ALTHOUGHT NOT IN THE CATEGORY OF MY S&W MODEL 17 OR 41, FOR THE MONEY, IT'S BEEN A GREAT BUY.

1 year agoThis pistol is working ok. But the sights are dark colored. Witch makes it really hard to use in dark areas. And even in the day it makes it hard to aim and shoot accurately when using a black target.

1 year agoNice .22 semi auto to shoot, little to no recoil and after shooting 250 rounds' first time out the Ruger worked flawlessly. No ftf or fte, this was the Ruger Standard 4.75 barrel... ????

1 year agoNice pistol to use to warm up on at the range before shooting the big stuff. Feels good in the hand much like the Luger. Well made and much improved over the older models when it comes to field stripping and cleaning. I have shot about 300 rounds so far and never a jam or misfire.

1 year agoSuper gun - range supervisor in Heber who was unfamiliar with new easy takedown of the Mark IV hit the wrong button and scattered my brand new pistol all over the concrete shooting platform. Luckily no damage and it's been a star ever since.
