Ruger Mini-thirty, Rug 5804 Mini Thirty 7.62×39 Mss

MY HONEY BOUGHT IT FOR ME AND I LOVE IT (I MEAN HER). IT SHOOTS VERY ACCUATE AND I AM HEAVILY INVESTED IN LEAD SO AMMO IS NOT A PROBLEM.

Only fired about 25 rds, super cold weekend. Like the feel. Surprisingly, little recoil. Fairly accurate at about 85 yards.

Great gun for a great price! I currently own a pistol in 7.62x39 and was in the market for a rifle in the same caliber. This purchase fulfilled that desire and then some!!

I've had a couple mini-14's and a mini thirty previously over the years. it's a love-hate relationship. love the quality and the action, but accuracy and consistency were just not there. this edition of the mini-thirty is a much better weapon. still not a tack driver, but more consistent with the right ammo. shoots everything i put in it, from u.s. brass to european brass to steel case ammo. zeroed the iron sights and then mounted a red-dot on the included rail. solid 3" groups at … Read More

Ruger Mini-30 is a great shooting rifle however it does have an issue with steel cased ammo with Berdan primers. They fail to fire most of the time.. Brass ammo using SAAMI primers do very well.

I never took possession of the rifle as it was heavily damaged in shipping. It took a yr to finally be able to order one now they are out of stock. Poorly packaged item very disappointing. Dennis McElroy ????

This rifle is very accurate with stock iron sights, and fun and reliable as well. I agree with other reviewers that it does not do well with cheap rounds, but I have had great success with any of the Golden, Silver, or even Brown Bear rounds.

Great rifle, arrived quickly and without any damage. Took the rifle to the range the next day and shot a 5 inch group at a 100 yards with PPU. Just picked it up today. Wasn’t sure what to expect but condition of the gun was excellent. Very pleased with the whole process. Transaction was very smooth and without issue.

The order through PSA was quick, with a lot of feedback along the way. First rate. The rifle is exactly what I wanted. I put a Leupold FX 2.5x ultralight scope on for my aging eyes. Tried all kinds of brass cased ammo with no problems.

What a great carbine! I put on a Vortex 1-4 scope on it. Looking forward to doing some hog hunting. Love the stainless steel with the wood stock, great color combination.
