2 years agoVery accurate out of the box . Fun to shoot and cheap to shoot. Highly recommended for a trainer or a plinker.

2 years agoVery high quality and high end components. Cold hammer forged barrel, adjustable trigger, just to mention a couple. a lot of rifle for the money. Do not let the low price scare you. This is a top notch rifle with a low end price. Buy one, you will not regret it.

1 year agolove the overall fit and finish of the gun. Shoots great. However, safety jammed right when my son was trying to shoot his first squirrel. Had to take it apart and reset the spring. He was pretty upset.

1 year agoMost impressive .22 CAL. I've ever shot. Had the rifle dialed in quickly. My son hit a bullseye at 200 yes. At 100 Yds. It's dead nuts on.

1 year agosERIOUSLY FUN GUN TO SHOOT. sORRY FOR ALL CAPS - THE FORM HAS AN ERROR OF SOME SORT. bOUGHT THIS GUN MONTHS AGO, AND HAVE BEEN TO THE RANGE SEVERAL TIMES WITH IT. ONLY TAKEN IT OUT TO 100YDS, BUT IT'S SUB MOA AT 100YDS WITH NO MODIFICATIONS. I BOUGHT SOME PROMAG 25 ROUNDERS HERE AS WELL, WHICH WORK GREAT FOR THIS GUN BUT NOT SO MUCH FOR MY 10/22. I WOULD SERIOUSLY RECOMMEND A BOX LOADER FOR THOSE, I USE THE SQTM LOADER ON EBAY. ALL i HAVE DONE TO THIS GUN SINCE i BOUGHT IT IS PUT … Read More

1 year agoTHis thing Is fun to shoot. Very accurate once you dial it in. Ran it with a Vortex Crossfire II 2-7x32mm riMfire and couldn’t be happier at 50 yards. Easy 1” groups at 50 yards. Get this gun. Great cust Customer service From Grabagun.

1 year agoI purchased this rifle because it has a reputation for being accurate. I was not disappointed. So far I am using old ammo of mixed grain weights and types that have accumulated over the years to break in the barrel. At fifty yards and 100 rounds, not really making a great effort to being precise, I ended up with a hole hardly bigger than an inch. I can hardly wait to try it with quality ammo and a better scope.

1 year agoThe rifle is very nice and I have already mounted a Vortex Crossfire II on a centilever mount and have it zeroed at 50 & 100 yards. The rifle will need a good cleaning prior to using and I polished the bolt and slide area due to some rough action when I first worked the bolt. After that it was consderably smoother. In addition I added a Accu-Shot Precision rail monopod which works very well. Grabagun has great a selection, great prices, great shipping...very hard to beat these folks.

1 year agoReceived this rifle yesterday, My husband, Son and I have already put 200 rounds through at 150 yds hitting the target. Had iron sites put on temporarily until my Vortex scope gets here. I'm Loving this rifle. Ordered a Bipod and will have a flashlight and hand guard put on. This rifle is sleek and Mean looking at the same time. Some may say it's ...Read More Read more about review stating My little rifle

1 year agoThe bolt was a little gritty and rough to use at first. After about 2 mags it became much smoother and acceptable. It's has become my new fave rifle to bring to the range. Slapped a scope i had laying around and M-LOK bipod on the rifle. Accuracy is superb, i can hold roughly .50" MOA group at 100 yards with CCI Standard Velocity if the weather pe...Read More Read more about review stating Unregrettable Rifle

1 year agoQuite possibly the most fun firearm I’ve purchased. I always have a good experience with PSA whether I’m ordering online or browsing in store. I never thought I would have this much fun with a .22LR. After zero, walked out to 100 yards dialed up 5.25 MOA and it was spot on. I can’t wait to shoot at further distances with this rifle. Whether hunting squirrel, rabbit, plinking, competition, or using this as a trainer for other long range rifles the Ruger Precision Rimfire is perfect. The

1 year agoI bought this rifle as a precision .22lr, but I don't feel that it has delivered. I have many other Ruger products and have always been very happy with them. I just haven't been able to get consistent sub-MOA accuracy that I was hoping for. I've tried all kinds of ammo including expensive match-grade stuff, torquing the stock screws (per the manual), shooting 100's of rounds, thorough cleanings and everything else that I can think of but I just can't get CONSISTENT sub-MOA groups at 50

1 year agoI think it is pretty crazy to expect a $400 rifle to shoot like an Anschutz match gun. What would it take for Mr. 2-star review to give it 5 stars? 1/4 MOA? This rifle does exactly what it is supposed to do: mimic a full-sized precision rifle for training purposes.

1 year agoZereod it in at 50 yards and it’s a tack-driver! Heavy frame means so little kick. Super comfortable to shoot and always fun with the bolt action. Looks mean... Love this gun!

1 year agoI was looking for a mag fed, bolt action .22 to start teaching my boys the fundamentals of shooting. The big boy versions of this gun have a great reputation and this one takes 10/22 mags that I already own, so it seemed like a no brainer to try it out. I’m sure glad I did. Took me 2 rounds to get zeroed. When it was time for my oldest (11) to get behind the glass, it didn’t disappoint. His first shoots and he was hitting steel at 100 yards, then 200. I was impressed with the gun and my boy.

1 year agoThis rifle has a very nice cold hammer forged barrel. It's the nicest I've seen on any .22 rifle. A nice two stage trigger, a very adjustable butt stock (as you can see in the pictures), it utilizes 10-22 magazines. has a very nice, heavy and smooth lever action bolt. I've owned a lot of nice rifles and the fit, feel and quality of the Precision Rimfire feels more like a $600 - $800 competition rifle, not a $350-$380 rifle (which is practically the dealer cost). I highly recommend this rifle, especially at this price. It is an excellent bargain.

1 year agoVery accurate and fun to shoot. Must use a quality scope.. I have only complainant is the mag release. I like an extended one but they are not available at the present.

1 year agoThis style of rimfire has it all. The theaded HB keeps all my shots WELL under MOA. The adj trigger and stock are all a major plus. I love this rifle. I bought all 3 rimfires; .22 LR, .22 mag and .17HMR. The .22 LR does not like CCI Stingers. But I'm running Ely subs through a can, so no issue here anyway. Highly recommend. Trails end for rimfire.
