This gun feels great and is really fun to shoot, will eat any ammo you pit in it. Will enjoy putting many rounds down the tube of this one. For the bargain price and quality, it is an easy decision to purchase, you will not be disappointed

This firearm is great quality and performs well, at a price lower that expected. I added a wood grip and made it look even nicer

I purchased this single action Wrangler two weeks ago and am really happy with the look and quality. The Cerakote bronze finish looks great. Nice job Ruger!

If you are looking for a plinker or varmint gun this is a great buy. I have had it only a few weeks and enjoy taking it out to do some plinking therapy. Also carry it daily when checking on the critters at night. I've shot 3 possums and 2 raccoons that were trying to get in with the chickens.

Bought this gun almost a year ago and have had so much fun! Looks like the cap gun Ihad as a kid! Have had zero issues with this firearm, but there was a couple flaws in the Cerakote finish, and I like my guns to look immaculate. Can't seem to keep the hammer clean, don't think its coated but seems to be stained from firing. Other than the couple issues I would buy again!

I purchased the Wrangler because I wanted a .22 handgun to go with my .22 rifles and to have available for pests around the yard. Did not expect much at the price offered but I was pleasantly surprised. Simple, rugged and reliable grouped well and close to POA with fixed sights even at 25 yards. My 68 year old eyes are not the best and I think the accuracy limitation is on my end.

Been a fan of revolvers for a while and found this searching around. Quality as you would expect from Ruger. Put about 50 rounds through it since purchase and its so fun to shoot.

I bought this pistol a month ago and have yet to fire it. When I received it the silver finish on the hammer was stained brown as if packing oil had prevent the finish to adhere. The pistol is on its way to Ruger's Canadian depot for repair. What a hassle it is for a customer because either Ruger or Cabela's have obviously no quality control.

I wanted a .22LR pistol to teach people to shoot. I originally came into Cabela's hoping to buy a Ruger Single Six but was shown one of these by the sales associate. Since then, my friends and I have put roughly 1000 rounds through it over the last 12 months, and I have used it to teach five people how to shoot handguns. One of the great features of using a single-action revolver to teach people to shot is that it dramatically decreases the odds of accidental discharges. In addition to this Ruger's transfer bar safety, you do not need to worry about it being dropped on a loaded cylinder either. The notch sights are adequate, the Cerakote finish has held up well, and it has shot every type of ammunition I have put into it (one of the benefits of a .22lr revolver over a semi-auto). My only complaint with the revolver is that I was unable to pull the hammer back occasionally after closing the gate. This was caused by the cylinders not being correctly aligned after loading the gun. To correct this, you simply rotate the cylinders until they lock into the correct position, then pull the hammer back to shoot. This does not need to be done every shot, only occasionally for the first shot after loading. In addition to this, the gate on these are very tight and can be a little cumbersome to open, but this problem is mainly expressed by smaller shooters. Overall, I do not think that any of the competition can beat the value this revolver provides. It has been phenomenal as a teaching tool and is something every shooter should add to their collection.

This is a fantastically fun revolver. Check over the frame carefully before buying as they do have small casting flaws. I bought a black one and it shoots steel at 50m hitting 90% of the time. So, yes, it's accurate. It is very well built, you can't beat the price, and in single action you would spend a fortune on ammo. It's also an excellent handgun for teaching new shooters because it has to be cocked for each shot, has little recoil, and functions every single time.

Very good plinker looks awesome with upgraded grips. The cerakote is very durable and the pistol has great weight. Will probably buy a few more in the future. Only thing is that the cylinders are not .22 mag. Great job Ruger. Very good plinker looks awesome with upgraded grips. The cerakote is very durable and the pistol has great weight. Got my Ruger Wrangler through the post office today. I cannot find a way to contact Cabelas to get the combination for the case lock provided by Cabelas. I will be cutting the lock off in the morning. I don't know about the product yet as I can't open the case. Cabelas has been great to deal with to this point, But this is very frustrating.

I purchased the Wrangler last month and it is a great plinking gun! Feels solid in the hand and the hammer is nicely checked for non-slip action. So far no problems. Totally recommend this revolver if you just want to have some fun at the range knocking off the spinners.

Ruger Wrangler is a must have for any shooter and it’s priced so low there is literally no reason not to have one. Great little gun for plinking and teaching! Classic cowboy single action! Good quality, Ruger still makes quality firearms after all these years.

The Ruger Wrangler is an incredible gun for the cost. For slightly more than the “cheap” brands, you get a firearm with an excellent fit and finish, that is also plenty accurate for plinking and small game.

I bought this gun less then 2 weeks ago. I took it out on my boat to shoot halibut before bringing them on my boat. shot the gun 4 times. the next morning the cylinder is NOT ceracoated rusting started just hrs after I used it. The rest of the gun that is ceracoated in fine. It does it job. I called Ruger and got the run around! They said well you can send it back and they would look at the cylinder issue. I asked if they offered a stainless steel 22 lr cylinder. Nope... seems to me it is not what they claim. BE WARE IF YOU USE this firearm around salt air and water.

I really like this gun. Is it perfect? No, but it's good. The fit and finish is commendable. The accuracy is acceptable. I used CCI Mini Mags, 40gr. This gun seems to like 10 yards. I upgraded to wood grips.

Great price for a sturdy gun. Might not be a Single Six or even the newer Super Wrangler but this will get the job done. Plan to take my grandkids to the range and teach them the basics with .22 LR. Already had an assortment of rifles in various actions but not any pistols in that caliber. This fit the bill for a single action pistol.
