2 years agoI wish I spent more and went for the fn510 tactical 10mm. The trigger seems cheap. Had issues with rounds getting caught between slide and chamber. I saw some reviews about people changing out the recoil spring so I swapped it out with a 22 lb recoil spring. Now rounds only get caught with one of the stock magazines but not the other. Maybe in time the other magazine will be broken in. We’ll see!

1 year agoLove the pistol. I did replace the striker block and trigger return spring to get rid of the coarse fe of the trigger pull.

1 year agoLove this 10mm. Great grip texture for 10mm. I’ve only put 200 rounds of underwood performance Ammo. Had trouble going into battery several times. May have to try several assorted rounds, to see what be reliable

1 year agoThis gun is the size of a Glock 19 and the recoil is not bad at all.I’m really happy with this purchase.

1 year agoI’m a fan of the M&P line. I had a 10 mm polymer handgun from another brand. I got rid of it. This Smith & Wesson is far superior ergonomically and handles the recoil better because of the better design. Also the magazines are easier to load and take the full 15 rounds. Plus, this gun is just plain cool looking!

1 year agoFor the size, its more comparable to a 45 cal. I have not been to the range, so I cannot give feedback on the recoil. It feels real good in my hand, because I have big hands.

1 year agoThis is a very nice gun and the second M&P 2.0 series gun that I have . My first range session I went through 150 rounds without one issue. The recoil pulse on this gun is very manageable. Firing ammo that was exceeding 1200 FPS the gun was very easy to stay on target during rapid fire. Accuracy was very good and simply put I found this gun just plain fun to shoot. 10 MM has a wide range of ammo to include exceptional defense offerings. Depending on what I’m doing I carry this for EDC which

1 year agoThe feel of this pistol in my hand was excellent. The recoil was smoother than I expected, and it was easy to control in fast firing. I'm pleased.

1 year agoLove it! It looks great and comes with all the accessories I needed for now. Have not fired it as of yet but will soon as I get the ammo through the mail.

1 year agoAs usual I am impressed with the fit and finish of a Smith & Wesson. I am a raving fan. Secondly, with all the hype about the 10 mm round, I am very happy with recoil since the S&W 10mm is a handful of gun and can handle the load. I a nutshell; I love it!

1 year agoGreat service and delivery. Can't give it 5 stars because of the trigger, I would have expected better from S&W. I have shot budget pistols with better triggers.

1 year agoI installed a DPM recoil reduction system from the get-go. It is a very pleasant shooting pistol using 180 grain MAGTECH rounds. My granddaughter even handled the recoil without a problem.

1 year ago4.6" barrel version. Fit and finish is perfect. I like the new trigger very much, but wish the take up and reset were a little less. My pistol ejects full power 200 grain load casings about 15 - 20 feet which is extremely annoying on the range. The recoil spring needs a couple of additional pounds. My last criticism is the lack of any magazines fo...Read More Read more about review stating Good functioning but falls a little short

1 year agoI like hearing that the trigger grit should improve with wear. I only have a handful of mags through so far- I would also mention a couple of those mags were .40 which the gun cycled perfectly

1 year agoS&W 2.0 10mm is a nice gun shoots well enjoy MRD out of the box aspect. One thought would be for S&W to install Night Sights as regular item on their guns. Sig does this and it is nice. Gun is a bit light over all handles well and shoots nice but still like the Sig 10mm better.

1 year agoAlthough I have always loved the Smith & Wessons handguns and carbines that I have purchased I was very dismayed when receiving my 10mm 4.5 inch barrel 2.0 Optic ready handgun. The. Optic ready is great as the accuracy and feel of the gun. However prior to the initial firing I went to do a very typical field strip to remove the manufacturers a...Read More Read more about review stating Barrel malfunction before first shooting

1 year agoI have had my Glock 29 10 mm for several years and I carry it in a cross draw holster . That way I can have it at the ready if I am attacked by any creature at my driver door .

1 year agoIt's great, it's what I expected and more. Could not find a better gun. I have been a gun enthusiast since the late sixties in the days of the navy!

1 year agoFantastic gun, and first session shooting it was extremely pleased. I love my S&W M&P .45 Shield a lot, and it’s my favorite carry pistol. Based on that, and thought I was was tempted by the Sig, I went with this gun, believing it would be a “big brother” and therefore very similar in handling characteristics to the Shield. It is.
