2 years agoBought this pistol for my parents and girlfriend. They all have arthritis and have trouble racking the slide on my other pistols. Very accurate, manageable recoil, fair price. I want to buy another to carry myself if I can find one. Wish it held more than 8+1 but that's enough. Looking forward to more accessories!

2 years agoBUT 16 ROUNDS IN MAG AND SPRING IS TO STRONG AND PUSHS ROUND SIDEWAYS. HAVE TO RE PULL BACK BOLT TO SET THE ROUND IN PLACE. THE GUN SHOOTS STRIGHT AND RECOIL IS WEAK. AND THE TRICKER IS ALSO WEAK WHEN FIREING.

2 years agoI purchased two of these for my daughters. After shooting with them, I bought one for my CCW. The only difference is I bought them two of the Gold barrelled Performance Center version and I bought the Silver barrelled PC version for myself. As advertised, very accurate and easy to rack, shoot, and carry.

2 years agoJust picked up a M&P 9mm EZ yesterday. I have not yet brought this gun to the range but my wife has the .380 version and it is an exceptional gun. I expect nothing different from this one. Fit and finish are very good, as you'd expect to find with S&W. I opted for the no thumb safety as it already has the palm safety. Comes with two mags of 8 round capacity. For a small gun it fits well on my hand, and I easily hold a 1911, 92FS, or Canik METE. I do not anticipate any problems from this gun. Special thanks to Michael for the high quality service at the gun counter!

2 years agostill not the easiest for my wife to rack the slide and the slide release button is very difficult to manipulate. In fact, the Cabela's associate that sold me the gun commented on the same thing. Haven't fired the weapon yet. Seems to be a decent pistol, but it's not a Glock. But it ain't a Taurus or SCCY either....

2 years agoI was quite satisfied with this pistol while practicing with FMJ ammo, thinking to save premium HP ammo for carrying. After mistakenly loading a clip of hollow points, it jammed on the third round in such a way that clearing was impossible without the aid of a rubber mallet. The HP round caught on the edge of the chamber and the slide closed 90% of the way over it. Retracting the slide was impossible. Only pounding the rear of the slide would eventually chamber the round and allow for unloading.

1 year agoIt is easy to use! A little lighter then my Ruger 1911 SR9. But shoots real good. I am very happy with it. As far a EDC? I like my Sig P365 for that

1 year agoOutstanding value in a 9mm. I use it cor concealed carry, have been to the range with it several times, and been very pleased with its performance. Awesome value for the price.

1 year agoM&P EZ is just EZ and the price is just right. But it’s spot on dependable and reliable . I’m so glad that I purchased this pistol . Shot the first 5 rounds out of it , in the the 10 ring . Nice tight group ! It’s my new fun gun . EZ to rack EZ to load . My Brother is a M&P guy he rack his and I said rack the EZ ll he could say was Dang . I’m gonna get me one for sure . Definitely good for anyone with hand issues , good for a lady who is interested in a first time purchase . You’re Wifey will love it too !

1 year agoThis is a very well made product, the 30 super carry is a real performer, it handles well, is easy to operate, is not too much for anyone to handle, it is loud, has recoil a little milder than a 9mm, but not much. Very satisfied with the product and process to purchase, fun effective concealed carry.

1 year agoStuck on caps lock.... Excited to get this for $299! I have the Shield EZ 9mm and love it. But this looks like a good size for when I don't want to carry the 9 and still want something with more kick than the 380 in my pocket. Where do you get ammo?

1 year agoSo Far so good. The gun itself is impressive, but the ammo is not extremely expensive, but it would be nice to be more competitive with the 9mm ammo price.

1 year agoMy Friend bought one first, we took it out for a test run. Great!! After i shot it, i said i gotta have one. Love it, i’ve put at least 100 rounds through it with no problems. I’d definitely recommend it. Very easy to control and hit your target. Loads of fun.

1 year agoVery smooth shooting. The sights are easy to center on the target during rapid fire. The rear sight is adjustable horizontally but, you have to field strip it to do so. Field stripping is quick and easy though. It has a grip safety, which I like but, it takes a little getting used to. The trigger pull is light. I recommend it highly.

1 year agoSurprisingly powerful. Nearly flat trajectory out to 20 yards; barely dropped at all out to 30 yards. The cartridge is a winner. I would recommend this EZ weapon to any with hand or wrist limitations. Shot placement is king.

1 year agoNearly as powerful as a 9mm, it's smaller and easier to carry. The EZ side of it means it's easier to rack, which is great for old, arthritic hands. I won't like to see S & W come out with a staggered magazine for greater capacity, something like a 17+1. That would be ideal.

1 year agoI love everything about this handgun. It’s comfortable to shoot, racks effortlessly, and the picatinny rail for various attachments is a great option. Highly recommend this Smith & Wesson Shield EZ.

1 year agoI was looking for a gun that I could use as a concealed weapon. This one is excellent! Fits my hand better than any other concealed weapon I’ve picked up. So happy I choose this one. Thank you Gun.com

1 year agoThis gun exceeded my expectations. I was more accurate with this 30 Super Carry Shield EZ the first time using it than I was with multiple other handguns I’ve owned for years. The EZ is truly easy to rack, gliding back effortlessly. This new compact design is comfortable to shoot, and perfect for an everyday carry option. This will be my EDC, nigh...Read More Read more about review stating Easy, Precise, & Smooth!
