S&W M&Pu00ae40 M2.0u2122 Compact .40 S&W Pistol W/ Thumb Safety, Black – 11687

Good style, usable sights, fair trigger and great ergonomics, the grip locks into your hand and points naturally. Got it, cleaned and lubed it, went to the range and ran 150 Herter’s rounds with no malfunctions. Very accurate, no sight adjustment needed. Did a $2 polish on some internal parts and the little guns trigger now feels better than most striker fired guns. I now have over 500 rounds of all kinds of ammo through it with 1 dud round, guess which ammo that was! Now on my hip in a Tolster holster.

This is a great gun for sure but the images and description are incorrect. The 9mm model # 11686 shown on Cabela's website does not include that it has the thumb safety in the description and it is not shown in the images. If not for that this would be a 5 star review. My fault for not double checking S&W's website to verify but other than that it's a great handgun that I will still use and enjoy. I will just get the frame plugs from S&W and remove the safety myself.

I really like this pistol. It has functioned flawlessly. Accurate, and the trigger is better than some other sticker fired pistols I have tried. Also the service from Grabagun was outstanding.

Awesome pistol, love the different grips plus the grip angle is so much better than my glocks. If you want to delete the safety just call S&W customer service and request a safety delete kit and they will send you one free of charge, they don't even charge you for shipping. Straight out of the box no cleaning 300rds not one issue. Highly recommend.

better ergonomics than any other handgun. Slide is heavier to help handle recoil of 40 caliber. Slide dimensions and serrations and long slide travel make racking slide very easy. If you have trouble racking a slide on a semi auto pistol give the m2.0 compact a try.

After looking for a good EDC, that fits my hands well, The 2.0 compact is great. It's also nice that if I want the feel of the full size, I can use the 15 round mag, which makes it the same height as the full size, with only a 1/4in difference in length.. Being that I can change it's size in height easily with a mag change, I think the compact is a better value over all. Very happy with it and with GAB price!! Can't beat it!!!!

I own four other S&W M&P pistols, both first and second (m2.0) generation, and they've all been excellent. This compact .40 is no different. It is exactly what I wanted and expected. This is a great pistol, it fits the hand well, especially using the different size grip backstraps for any size hand. It shoots well, and is fairly lightweight for EDC.

It feels right in your hand, and easy site acquisition, easy to control with 4 palm swells to fit your hand size. Its a Smith & Wesson with a lifetime warranty, any problems call Smith and Wesson Customer Service. Has a natural point of aim, and a melanite finish to prevent rust. Great EDC piece or home defense either in 9mm or 40.

Gun has great balance. Feels good in the hand even without changing out the grips. I like the aggressive texture on the grip. My only gripe is I wish it would have come with a hard case and not cardboard box. Other than that I like this gun.

Comfortable in my hand. Very accurate, moderate recoil. What I was looking for. Bought a lot from PSA and will continue to do so!

Shoots accurately at 15 yards which is as far as the closest indoor range has targets. The various backstop options make it easy to find a comfortable grip. Just clean it and shoot.
