The next generation rifle from Sako is here. The S20 is a feature-rich modular rifle that can grow with you, as you switch from Hunting to Precision Shooting and back. The S20 Precision has a sculpted rear stock with an adjustable cheekpiece and recoil pad, allowing the shooter to adapt the S20 to the perfect fit. An accessory Monopod can be fitted for ultimate stability and the trigger can also be adjusted on the front and back by a total of 7mm to ensure perfect contact. The replaceable forend of the Precision has MLOK openings to allow the fitment of the optional Barricade Stop & other mountable accessories. The new receiver has a full-length bedding design for ultimate stability and reliability and houses a brand-new stainless steel, 3 lug bolt with over 75mm of contact area for the most engagement and safety. Another new feature is the picatinny rail machined into the top of the receiver, meaning more rigidity for the user. Engaging the safety on the S20 brings up a firing pin block, giving the user peace of mind in even the most rigorous conditions. The barrel of the S20 is a stainless-steel fluted design with a Cerakote finish for durability and great looks. The barrel incorporates a 5/8 x 24 Threaded crown with an included protection cap.

2 years agoI've shot and hunted with a Sako Finnlight for past 15+ years. My new S20 is quite different and really made well, totally love it. Thanks for a great new option!

2 years agoUnder 1/2" groups with 3 different factory rounds. Although not the sexiest stock for looks it fits you perfectly and adjust easily. Both stocks feel great but I prefer the precision version for LR with PRC. I bought a 308 with a short barrel after liking the prc so well. Use the thumb hole on it. These rifles are as accurate or more so than many of my customs costing up to 75% more. Easily a 2500$ rifle. Virtually no cleaning afterwards with the best looking mirror finish bore I've ever scoped. Zero, yes thats right, zero copper after 60 rounds during break in.

2 years agoThis rifle is a dream come true. The action of the bolt is silky smooth with a crisp trigger very nice indeed. The rifle is incredibly light and easy to carry long distances. Thanks SAKO

2 years agoIt's a Sako, enough said. The quality of innovative design and manufacture shines everywhere on this gun. I own 2 Tikkas and have lusted for a Sako for a while. Euro-Optic's price enabled me to 'pull that trigger'.

2 years agoI am new to precision rifles but this gun is well made in terms of fit and finish as you would expect of any item of this cost. Bolt action is smooth and positive grip is enhanced by rubber rings on handle. Other controls (safety and bolt release) also have positive and solid feel. Factory trigger is very smooth although I don't have a trigger pull gauge to quantify lbs/consistency but initial shots gave quick comfort so it's not a thought. Adjustable plastic cheek rest is the cheapest-feeling
