1 year agoThis rifle shot a One Inch group out of the box trigger untouched with factory ammunition - the orange dot in the photo is one inch, 5th shot was a flyer (my bad) loaded a sixth wow. Black Hills Blue Box 52/gr Match Hollow Point Ammo - I can't wait to work up some hand loads....

1 year agoA typical Savage. Very accurate. I could only adjust the trigger down to a 4lb pull, fixed. The scope was replaced with a better quality Vortex

1 year agoAccurate rifle with good optics. Takes a few minutes to get used to the safety/trigger system, but once mastered, easy to shoot, reload, and shoot again rapidly.

1 year agoThis rifle shoots very well. It likes the Winchester .223 64 gr.deer season extreme tip. The vortex scope has a clear view. Good gun for the money.
