I purchased this when Cabela's had a sale on them last November. Mine is a 6.5 Creedmore. I added a fair to middlin scope and a bipod. No problem hitting targets out to 500 yards.

Good day, I bought this rifle because I'm a fan and owner of the 300 PRC (also a Savage BA-10 Tactical Police sniper rifle (re-barreled from 300 Winchester Magnum). I bought the rifle in November and finally found factory ammo for the 6.5 PRC Tactical. I just started breaking in the barrel today. To my pleasant surprise my worst group at 100 yds was under a 1/2". Best group under 1/4 ." An Amazing rifle!!!! Customizable, fluted barrel, w/20 MOA rail built in. The ammo was Hornady 147 ELD hunting rounds. Savage you all really made a winner!!!. Great quality, price, and features!!!! I had a bad experience 20 years ago w/ Savage. It's great to see that Savage is a top shelf, descent priced, quality rifle. Thank you Savage!!!

First deer rifle I have bought, and I couldn’t be happier!! It has a smooth action, keeps a great zero, and is super comfortable to hold/shoulder. The 10 round PMag that’s included has a nice little appeal as well!!

Picked up the 110 Tactical 6.5 Creedmoor at my local BPS, and the rifle is amazing. I put blue Loctite on the base screws and torqued them down. I added my scope and dialed it in at 100 yards and shot just over 1/2 inch group with Hornady Match 147 grain ammo. The trigger came out of the box at 1 pound 5 ounces and breaks clean with no creep that I can feel. The adjustable stock and comb are great and have lots of adjustment. The barrel is without a doubt truly free floated due to the aluminum block and the stiff polymer they've used. A great rifle so far.

I bought this in 6.5 , sighted in and it was stacking sub MOA out of the box. Takes a bit of prep to get it right but once it’s on it’s really on.

When picking gun up at the counter there was a waiting list. I says to take a picture of a scan code to get on the list. After 20 min with people behind me being Helped I just chalked it up to a mistake I made and they manually added me to the list. I was no 4 according to the text msg. I got another text to come to the counter as I was close. Well 5-6 people that arrived after me were helped. At this point and 2hrs of waiting I started yelling Why I wasn't called. Apparently I wasn't on it???? Well I almost demanded a refund and walked out. Un acceptable service in my opinion.

I bought this rifle in December....it would not chamber a bullet from the magazine. when I was sighting it in I had to hand feed every round into the chamber.....I contacted savage and they sent me a new magazine...... same results....I contacted savage again and they said to return it....I took the rifle to the local cabelas, where I purchased the rifle....cabelas took the rifle and said they would return it....after a week or so I contacted savage to see if they had received the rifle from cabelas... savage told me they had not and advised me to contact cabelas and obtain a tracking number.....I went to cabelas to do so....a pleasant young man told me that cabelas still had the rifle in the back...he told me they had not yet shipped my rifle because they did not have a box....YES, A FREAKING BOX!!!! I cannot imagine an excuse for incompetence and direlection that would be more lame....A BOX!!! if my rifle ever does get repaired and returned I will not buy another gun from cabelas

Will not shoot accurate. Best 100 yard group is 2-3 inches. Have used Hornady 143 ELDX and 147 ELD Match ammo. Tried a Leupold Mark 4 scope and a Vortex 5x25 Strike Eagle and had the same result with both scopes. I have 7 other Savage rifles and all are half in group rifles. I have a Savage Axis that shoots 1/2 inch groups. Must be a lemon this time. Talked to Nick at Savage and am returning the 110 Tactical 6.5 PRC back to Savage to evaluate.

Fine rifle. Right out of the box, evrytging worked well. I did not experience any feed issues with the magazine that i had heard about pror. Bolt was smooth and had ample clearance for the scope

The rifle was everything I expected. Best of all was picking it up. After filling out the paperwork, Cabelas ran my background check and I was able to take the rifle home. It was the easiest gun purchase I have made in several years.

I am thrilled with my purchase. Grabagun delivered the best price and great service as always. This new 110 Tactical feels incredibly balanced and is very smooth for the price. The is as good as a production trigger can possibly get. I was just messing around with a rickety table and terrible conditions and had several clover leaf groups at 100 yards. The only complaint I have is that it came with the old proprietary magazines. It is back at Savage now being updated to the new AICS mag system. Overall, I am very satisfied. I cannot wait to punch paper and fur!

I like that the shipping was timely, I brought it home open up the box everything was as it should have been. The length of Pull and cheek rest was just about right for me, I just have a little time getting the bolt in place, it seems that the bolt has to be cocked in order to make the alignment and slide in place. One suppose and place the rifle was fine but work really well nice and easy. I put a bipod on the front not a real expense one but it's nice, I put a nice 32 by 44 scope on it … Read More

Shoots .4” groups with 168 PMC. Had to replace the bolt handle for the medium sized factory one. Scope base loosened to the point of replacement at 400+ rounds. Screws were tight, base wasn’t. Head space is tight! Sami calls for a COAL of 2.810. Anything 2.797 or longer and it wont chamber. Not a fan of the accustock. Pretty flimsy in the rear. Accutrigger is spectacular though. Its a feature loaded tack driver on the cheap. You get what you pay for. Probably the best bolt gun on the market under a grand

Needs attention on the bolt it will stop you if you try to chamber a round to fast or semi sloppy it shoots nice I personally didn't like the stock so I changed it

What a great rifle! I am not a serious rifle shooter. I chose this rifle because I thought it would be good enough for me. If you are looking for an affordable rifle that is great out of the box, the Savage 110 is for you. I highly recommend it. I shot a 1/2 inch group zeroing it at 25 yards with a Nikon 4/16 Optic. Like I said I am not a serious range guy, and NO Savage, you can't have this one back!

I love the the 110 Tactical .308 with 20 inch barrel. I went with the shorter barrel so I can eventually use with silencer when hunting. Broke in at the range and it shot very accurately with very little kick. First shot at 100 yards was dead on bulls eyes with the burris Eliminator 4.

Ordered the firearm Monday morning. Shipped that day and I picked it up Wednesday afternoon. It'll be at least a week before I can get it to the range and zeroed but it looks great and I already set the stock for length of pull and cheek. Can't wait to see what I can do with it at about 400 yards.
