The biggest bulls. The longest shots. With the new Savage 110 High Country, they’re all within your reach. The rifle is built to maximize accuracy with a spiral-fluted barrel and bolt, as well as the Model 110 action secured three-dimensionally along its entire length within the AccuStock internal chassis. The AccuFit system lets hunters customize length-of-pull and comb height of the TrueTimber Strata synthetic stock. Plus, the user-adjustable AccuTrigger offers a crisp, clean pull critical for making precise shots at extreme distances. The low-friction, coyote brown PVD coating on the barrel, receiver and other critical parts is harder than competing finishes and protects against corrosion and heat. At just 2 to 4 microns thick, the coating does not interfere with the rifle’s tight tolerances.

1 year agoI just shot my new rifle for the first time breaking in and sighting the scope. This is my second Savage rifle the first is a Axis in 6.5 creedmoor which over performed. The 110 high country is everything I expected and more! It is pretty heavy but reasonable. In 7mm magnum I was prepared to feel a kick like a mule but with the muzzle break which I didn’t know I was getting the recoil was comparable to my creedmoor (very light). The accuracy is excellent, 3” groups at 300 yards and I don’t … Read More

1 year agoSo far i really like this gun. I have yet to shoot it. I like the colors and the caMo. Its better looking in person. Its a little heavier than your standard hunting rifle which i like. That will help with recoil. The bolt seems a little stick. Not as Smooth as my other savage 7mm. I under if the fluted bolt is part of the issue. But So far i like everything about it. HOPEFULLY fuley it shoots just as good.

1 year agoThis gun was exactly what i hoped it to be. I bought it in 7mm REM MAG HavE Only shot about 50 rounds THROUGH it but once i found the ammo it likes (HorNaday 154 grain sst) i shoot 3/4 moa gRoups. DEFINITELY worth every penny.

1 year agoGreat gun. Was able to shoot .5” groups at 100yds with several types of factory ammo. One factory load I was able to shoot a .25” group at 100yds and .5” group at 200yds. A little heavier than average.
