The compact, flyweight design of the Savage 110 Lightweight Storm offers the maneuverability for any situation and the toughness for any weather. Length-of-pull is easily customized to fit the shooter for comfort and consistency, and the user-adjustable AccuTrigger provides a light, crisp pull. The rifle is built on Savage’s time-tested 110 platform but with a modern design and improved ergonomics. Its detachable box magazine, stainless steel action, and 20 inches stainless steel barrel stand up to punishment from the most brutal conditions. It tips the scales at a mere 5.65 lb.

1 year agoA nice rifle overall with a few minor nits. The spiral fluted bolt is cool to look at, but cycles less smoothly than a typical Savage (which is already a few steps behind a Tikka). Also, the factory stock is very lightweight, and not particularly flexible, but it feels like very low grade plastic. But a good value and very light, which is what I was after.

1 year agoaccurate enough (1.0-1.5 MOA, after zeroing), given that it is half the weight of my other rifle (243, ~0.25 MOA). fairly comfortable, too, with the padded stock ... interestingly, my son thought it less jarring than my heavier rifle, Despite the higher (by about 50%) muzzle energy of the 308 rounds.
