Conquer hunting’s most punishing weather and extend your effective range with the 110 Storm. The rugged rifle’s AccuFit system lets the shooter customize length-of-pull and comb height for comfort and consistency, and the user-adjustable AccuTrigger provides a light, crisp pull. Together with the AccuStock, which secures the action three-dimensionally along its entire length, the 110 Storm provides the fit and function of a custom rifle – right out of the box. The rifle is built on Savage’s time-tested 110 platform but with a modern design and improved ergonomics.

Amazingly accurate out of the box with factory ammo. Paired with a Zeiss Conquest V4 4-16x44 (also fantastic), installed a taller cheek riser, and headed to the range after a thorough cleaning. Shot 3 & adjusted zero, then shot a 0.47 MOA 3-shot group with Hornady 140gn American Gunner (shots 4,5,6 from new). Cleaned lightly after a dozen rounds or so, switched to 143gn ELD-X Precision Hunter and shot a 0.38 MOA 3-shot and 0.64 MOA 5-shot group at 100 yards, then a 0.56 MOA 3-shot group at 200 yards. Fine tuned zero, measured muzzle velocity at 2645fps with the 143s, and commenced banging steel at 550 yards with ease. Can't wait to see how this rifle shoots after it's broken in and with handloads.

Bought this gun about 6 months ago and have put about 100 rounds thru it. It performs fantastic. Sub MOA easily at 200 yds. Outfitted with Vortex Viper HS scope.

I bought this rifle because of a rebate program that was going on at the time. I wasted a lot of time on the needlessly demanding rebate application, wasted more time on additional uploads a month later, and ended up getting no rebate. Savage makes a good product and then insults otherwise loyal customers with stupid marketing schemes.

Got a 110 Storm in 243 Win late last year at Cabelas. Commercial 100 gr Power-point ammo shots 6-8 MOA from benchrest. 55 gr and 75 gr commercial ammo yields about 1MOA from benchrest. Was hoping for better at 100 gr end of spectrum. Barrel found to be non-uniform and rough. Never could get it shot 90-100 gr bullets. Got the rebate, riffle was on sale, and mispriced (low by $100) so still a good ($449) deal. Will rebarrel with a match grade barrel and move on. P.S. — I love Cabela’s!

I have two Savage 110 Storms....308 & 6.5CM. Both are excellent shooters. The stock is very nice and rigid. The 6.5 was having issues with extracting, but Savage sent new parts and that fixed the issue. They both have an issue with the bottom of the mag, trigger guards, and metal around the mag getting surface rust. I still love them both and would buy another Savage 110. I would have given 5 stars if the rust issue wasn't present.

Customizable stock provides a perfect fit and improved accuracy. Rugged finish. I am very pleased with the rifle in .270 caliber.

Picked up a 110 Storm in 6.5CM. I purchased this because I wanted a rifle that was good for all around hunting and shooting in a mild recoiling caliber. I went with the savage 110 primarily for the stock, stainless steel, 3 position safety and made in the USA. The 2 position safeties often allow the bolt to open while walking in the woods. The stock adjustment was handy in fitting it to a 12 year old. The comb adjustment was great and made it much easier to get a good cheek weld and see the target easily. The gun shoots well but needs more time to break in. The worst part of the gun was that the barrel was very dirty on arrival and was extremely stubborn to clean. Not sure if this is normal, but it was by far the worst I have seen on any gun new or used. May wear it out before it ever gets all the marks out, but savages are easy to barrel when the time comes. Would love to see this model succeed since it is one of the few affordable US made with the options listed. I think this gun is worth the price, but needs just a bit cleaner machining to really grab peoples attention.

Let me be clear, I love the Savage Storm Rifles. This is my third one. But when this one came to the store in Utah it looked like it had been hunted with hard for years. Barrel is marked up, stock has multiple multiple scratches. I’ve bought used rifles that looked better. I would have refused the gun but I shoot left handed and they could not guarantee they could get me another lefty. With the shortage of guns right now I took it. The price was great, and I’m sure the mechanics are fine. But cosmetics are very very bad. The sticker on the box even says floor model 2019. If your going to sell floor model or display rifles even at a discount you should disclose that To the buyer when ordering. My opinion Cabela’s gun department, and most other departments, have gone to crud since Bass Pro took over. Not Happy!

Bought mine in .30-06 as general purpose rifle that I could use for pet control duties around the farm or use for hunting or even rifle matches. First proper southpaw center fire bolt gun I’ve had in 35 years of shooting. Nice part about the rifle is that it had a factory bedded action and customizable length of pull and comb height. Downside is that it’s not adjustable without tools on the fly or in the field. The upside is a gun that is shooting sub MOA out of the box with factory ammo. I’d prefer a 24” barrel with a .30-06 over a 22”, but it’s a savage 110, there are plenty of barrel makers out there if I want to change it later. And being stainless I’m not as worried about taking it out in the field where moisture is a thing. I added a 20MOA scope rail from EGW and using an older Nikon 4-14x44 scope with Nikon rings for now.

Have not fired rifle at this time. Smooth action. The only thing I found was a minor problem with the scope base threads that were a little ruff. I ran a bottom die in to smooth them out. Light weight and I like the accufit stock.

I love the stainless finish and the adjustable stock is really nice. It took me a few tries to find a load that it liked but now it's shooting under an inch at a hundred yards. I mounted a Burris E1 4 to 14 scope and use medium height Talley mounts. It worked out just right as far as the scope height.

I bought the Savage 110 Storm in .308 caliber. I topped it off with a Hawke Optics 6-24x scope. After bore sighting it I was able to zero it at 50 yards in 2 shots. I went to 100 yards and held a half inch group. I then went to 200 and shot a 1.5 inch 3 shot group. I am extremely impressed with this rifle and highly recommend it.

I want to start on a positive note: when the rifle fires, it’s accurate and groups well. The bolt binds, the rifle can’t reliably feed from the magazine (nose of the bullets dive), and the “stainless” steel barrel was exhibiting rust freckling after being taken out only 2 days he noting in dry conditions where it was wiped down thoroughly at the end of the day with a towel (Meanwhile my blued X bolt out in the same conditions is perfect). I am getting rid of this piece of garbage and going back to hunting the NH woods with a Savage 99 from 1961. I am 37 years old and disgusted that my 4 year old rifle performs exponentially worse than a rifle designed over 120 years ago that was built 50 years ago…..they don’t make ‘‘em like they used to!

Bought a beat up display model on sale in 243 Winchester. Got the rifle home, cleaned it up and put a 3-9x40 vortex on it. Shoots .8' groups at 100 with cheap Serbian PPU 100 grain brass ammo. Cant wait to find quality ammo and see what it does. I adjusted the accutrigger down to 1 pound 12 ounces, it breaks crisp, no creep that I can feel. The action is honestly the smoothest 110 action I've ever felt. I polished the barrel and action to a mirror finish, and just waiting on a new stock to replace the beat up one that came on it. This rifle is very accurate, lightweight and can be carried in the field all day. Can't recommend it enough.

Bought this rifle in 2021. As one of my peers noted, this rifle does not cycle. The bullet case catches on the magazine, causing the nose to angle down, jamming, and damaging the bullet. I sent mine to Savage but they did not fix the problem.

I bought one of these about a year ago. Nothing can stop this rifle from rusting. I was always against buying anything from savage and this rifle has set in stone I will never buy any of their products again. DO NOT BUY THIS RIFLE

My Father in law purchased my son and nephew the 110 chambered in 30.06. Rifles were purchased in southern Wisconsin. We went to a friends farm to sight them in after bore sighting the vortex scopes. Verified my Sons first. Shot half dozen rounds and all good. Put my nephew on the sight table, got him settled in, helped him shoulder the rifle, muzzle pointed down range, I reached over his right shoulder to chamber the round and the rifle fired. Safety was on, nephews right hand was on the table, his left hand on the forehand of the rifle supporting the barrel. My hand was the closest to the trigger guard and nowhere near the trigger. The rifle fired by itself. Thank God we as a family practice TABK and pound firearm safety into the kids heads. This could have been a true tragedy. Nephews was turned back into Savage. I will not allow my son to use his. I’ll probably bend the barrel and take it too the dump. DO NOT TRUST THIS FIREARM!
