A 17 hmr is a great rimfire round but fRom my experience the hm2 is a hair more accurate and is as hard hitting as hmr. Rifle cycles and feels great if you stick it in a laminate thumbhole

Haven’t had a chance to shoot it yet. Need to mount a scope which I wish it had come with. Hopefully I can learn to shoot lefty after a retinal detachment in my right eye.

Thought this A17HM2 was going to run smooth like the A17HMR. After 40 rounds of Hornady 17gr the rifle started to not eject once or twice per magazine. I was also getting 2” groups at 50 yards with this ammo. Switched to Hornady 15.5gr NTX and it didn’t eject every other rounds or not at all. However it shot .5” or better at 50 yards. Cleaned and lubed the bolt but didn’t fix the ejection issue. The bolt felt gritty and had a lot of friction. I disassemble the bolt than polished all the sharp
