The walnut wood looks great, being a wood worker I really appreciate the walnut and figure of the wood, it's almost too pretty to take hunting so it doesn't get scratches. you could definitely hang this up on the wall to display is that pretty. It's not stained or a Heavy walnut colored, just a natural finish walnut.
