1 year agoJust what i wanted. I needed a gun for deer hunting out of a small enclosed tree stand. This gun is perfect. It's barrel is 2 inches shorter and the stock is 1 inch shorter, making it a lot easier to move it around in the stand. Also, the 7mm-08 is a great rifle for whitetail deer. Very pleased!

1 year agoIts accurate, ill give it that. Great Single shot. Wont eject spent cases of any brand. Then savage had the audacity to tell me i had to pay to send this piece of garbage to them to get fixed. Go with Ruger, much better quality.

1 year agoWon this and gave to my son to use on his first hunting trip. Easy to use. Great distance on target. Scope was right on. He enjoyed his first trip. Great hunting rifle.
