2 years agoThe straight pull action is great. It takes a little getting used to but it functions very well. I like it a lot. The reason I only gave it 3 stars is the weight. It's heavy before a score and after it's obviously worse. The trigger is smooth with a clean break. Really it's just the weight.

2 years agoWhat a great rifle can’t wait to put an elk in the freezer, bolt slides straight back no need for extra movements to chamber the next round, if you need a quick follow up shot. Awesome design and the guys at Sportsman’s Warehouse are easy to work with and have great personalities just a all round great experience working with them buying my new rifle.

2 years agoMy first rifle was and is still a Savage pump 22 when I was 12. The quality of this rifle is still as good if not better. I will purchase other Savage firearms in the future.

2 years agoBeen a great rifle so far. A little heavy and the action took some getting used to, but really like how easily adjustable everything is. The threaded barrel and picatinny rail made it really easy to add on to as well. Accurate and destructive to it's target and very little recoil with a good muzzle brake on it. Looking forward to using it for years to come.
