Barrel – machined from bar stock with 7 lands and grooves having a 1:16 right-hand twist
Receiver – 7075 T6 aircraft grade heat treated aluminum alloy, machined from bar stock
Slide – quality stainless steel with black nitride finish
Grip/frame – made from Zytel polymer, with ergonomic finger grooves and an integral re-coil cushion on the back-strap
Recoil spring system – all steel, fully encapsulated for ease of disassembly and reassembly
Slide lock/release – steel with a Zytel over molded polymer extension for ease of operation
3-dot sight system – steel rear sight, adjustable for windage only with locking screw
Hammer firing system – double-action only, internal hammer with inertial firing pin to prevent accidental discharge if dropped

The gun is good not as good as they rated it to be and your used gun are more costly than your new ones. I also was charge when purchase the gun that no other dealer that I have purchase on line charges.

I love the feel of the hand gun, the slide is hard to slide back, the ammo jams when attempting to load into the barrel. Wish I had known this when I purchased, would not have purchased it.

It may not be correct to say it but it's a beautiful gun and I love it I just recently got it the shop it was sent to has a range I popped off almost 200 rounds not a single jam, I did order a cleaning kit from the manufacture and added a red dot sight just perfect I couldn't ask for anything better, I tore down and cleaned it was absolutely spotl...Read More Read more about review stating love it

This sccy cpx-2 is a very nice hand piece. Not to bulky, seems to handle very well. Haven't been to the gun range yet, but I look forward to giving it a good work out soon. Excellent price for the hand gun, and very good service from Guns.com. Check it out if you're interested.

You get what you pay for. Feels like your shooting a toy gun. The trigger is super weird and there’s no safety. Wish I would have read the reviews first. Also the magazines are very hard to load. I swear they used the strongest spring they could find. It says it holds 10 rounds but you can only get about 8 before your really forcing them in. Only giving it 2 stars because it didn’t jam and fires correctly. Otherwise it feels very cheap. Again… you get what you pay for
