SCCY CPX-2RD 9mm Pistol, Blk – CPX-2CBRD9MM

Well, it was defective. The slide would not rack properly and even the expert salesman noticed it was defective. Also, I realized the grip was too large for my small hand, so I did not accept it. I would not recommend this firearm. I liked the price, and I've read some good reviews on this type, but it's probably a good fit for someone with large hands and who is very strong. It did not fit me, and racking is an issue.

A good gun but I still don’t know if I can trust it. Both the gun and the red dot had to be returned under warranty for repairs after the first time shooting. The magazine release broke leaving the gun in operable and the red dot lost it center and could only be seen when holding the gun at a 45 deg angle. Warranty service for both items was fast and friendly and now it does seem to be working fine with no problems in the last 100 rounds. It is a small, shot barrel, lite weight gun and because

It’s compact, accurate and fires nicely. Major downside is the red dot cover is loose-fitting and comes off while concealed carried. It does not change the function but runs the battery down. This was a new brand to me. 100% prefer Glock.

Trigger is a little heavy, and not exactly good for target shooting. But it's alright for defense. SCCY has been very good about responding to any questions I have had. Sportsman's didn't inform me of a $25.00 rebate that SCCY was offering, luckily I saw their website ad for the August thru September rebate.

Horrible trigger so I ordered a replacement spring kit, we'll see how much that helps. I bought this to be a less expensive backup.

Great price for a red dot equipped pistol. Had a problem with one mag and SCCY customer service replaced it Promptly. Super helpful and nice people too.

Not a fan of the heavy long pull double action, and the fat grip, but I knew all that going in. Still an incredible deal and a well made pistol at about the price of the laser alone. Hard to pass on a deal like that!

It’s a good tool. I would like to have a better, softer, trigger, but I think they have a reason. The Red Dot I good, and support is amazingly quick to answer!

I love my Sccy. The red dot just gives the gun everything it needs! The sight is removable and on the underside you can install the battery which is a standard watch battery I believe. It has a cloth to wipe the sight as well as sight cover to save the battery. Gun comes with a lock and 2 keys. An extra mag. 2 flat bases for the mags. Tools for the sight, booklets, and a sticker. Shopping at Sportsman’s was a no drama process. I am happy with this purchase and customer service.

Nice gun with red dot sights, compact and a good fit for my hand. Sights are easy to adjust and at a good price.

This is the gun I wish I could have bought in 1974 when I first needed protection for my family. Powerful 9 mm, 10+1, Double action only gives some safety without a safety so it’s simple to use. Fits my hand. Big enough but easily concealable. Red dot is completely automatic and very accurate. Very affordable. It’s the perfect gun for me. Thanks.

While the design and quality may be lacking in some regards, their customer service is spectacular. If you have an issue and call, you'll speak to a real person and your concerns will be handled promptly, professionally and to your satisfaction. I truly wish I could give it four stars as I carry this gun often, it's not my HK-P7 (it's also not the same pricetag)

I purchased this weapon recently and found it to be a very good CC weapon...lightweight and accurate. If you decide to get the CPX-2, I recommend you get this combination with red dot included. It is hard to find inexpensive red dot to fit the CPX-2, GEN 3. The Crimson Trace on this version must be the CTS-1500 because the CTS-1550 does not fit the cutout.

I can tell you what I think just like everyone else but what really matters is what you think and best way to find that out is SEE with your OWN eyes how it performs and decide for yourself.
