Sierra Sports Master 45 ACP Ammo 185 Grain JHP, 20rds – A8800–26

Haven’t shot any yet but, with the rebate, $0.30/rnd is hard to beat for 45 HP. Almost makes me think there’s something wrong with it…

Feeds flawlessly in my Colt. As accurate as ammo at twice the price or more. And, at this price, you can afford to practice with it.

The recoil is very acceptable to a follow shot and expansion is what I was looking for comparable to the lee high 174 grain I was using and the price difference is a nice bonus.

Ran great in both of my 1911's. Nicely put together ammo, and seems to have pretty decent ballistics. I am definitely satisfied!

Bought this based on another review..same gun, FNX 45. Good ammo, to the point, lighter and faster. Will do the job. Only downer is I've not received y rebate yet

This is good quality defensive ammo. It is a hot load, and I could definitely feel the extra punch at the range. I wanted to try a lighter grain .45 in my PX4 Storm. I had read somewhere that they were more accurate in that gun. They functioned flawlessly, but I can honestly say my groups were about the same as my standard 230 grain ball. The Sierra rebate made them a steal.

This is a high quality ammunition, I tested it in my SDS imports Duty 45. No feed issues shoots great. I am now using this as my defensive ammunition.

This ammo is well constructed and packaged. I haven't fired any yet, but don't anticipate any external ballistics problems within practical pistol range. This was offered on sale at a very reasonable price, especially with the rebate. The Sig headstamp leads me to believe that Sierra is testing the waters before offering their permanent line of ammo.
