The long-awaited P365 chambered in 380 is finally here, creating a new, softer shooting, easier handling micro-compact option for everyday carry. It uses the same grip module and fire control unit as the popular 9mm version with a lightened slide and barrel making it completely compatible with all existing P365 holsters. With a Nitron® finished stainless slide, DLC barrel, and completely redesigned two-piece captured guide rod, the P365-380 is the most durable 380 micro-compact pistol on the market. Rigorously tested at SIG SAUER, the P365-380 was designed for all shooters, especially those with smaller hands and those who find the manipulation and recoil management of 9mm caliber pistols challenging.

Each P365-380 comes standard with SIGLITE® night sights for effective sight acquisition in all lighting conditions. The P365-380 slide includes an optic cut compatible with the ROMEOZero Elite or any optic with the same footprint. Additionally, the dovetailed front and rear sights allow for effective co-witnessing in the proper configuration. Because the P365-380 shares the same fire control unit and grip module as all standard P365s it is compatible with all of the same accessories, such as flat triggers, FOXTROT lights, XSeries grip modules, etc. Each pistol includes (2) 10rd magazines (one flush fit and one extended) and a magazine loader standard. The P365-380 is the ultimate micro-compact pistol offering less recoil, less racking force, and less compromise in an everyday carry pistol.

Shoots wonderfully well. A great pocket pistol or intro gun to get people into pistol shooting. Love it.

This P365 .380 replaced my previous edc to gain capacity, which increased from 7 to 11 rounds. My initial day at the range was with the stock night sights, which are decent for the daytime and easy to find in darkness. I found them to be spot on at 7 yards. The magazines were tough to load and required the use of the included loader. They have since loosened up a bit and become easier to load. I fired FMJ target rounds from Winchester, Federal, and F&S as well as JHP defensive rounds from

Extremely pleased with this firearm. I bought this for my spouse who had a hard time with it in 9mm and she loves it. I also got the 12 magazine and it runs with no issue. Highly recommend if you’re looking for an EDC firearm for someone who is a little more recoil sensitive. Also, with it being optic ready i slapped on a 407K and it fit like a glove.

really impressed with this gun, super easy to conceal and barely feel it in my waistband. at 20 yds i was putting them through the head and body targets with ease, recoil for the size and weight are easily manageable and the slide racks with little effort, not like a shield EZ but very manageable for the weaker handed or arthritic. i also purchased the romeo elite Zero and it took literally 5 minutes to install.

Wanted a micro to carry during the summer. Was intending to pick up thr 9 mil but saw this. Took to range and was a surgeon up to 15 yards. Was able to hit close to center of mass on silhouette out to 25 yards. I new what to expect after shooting the 9 mil, was further impressed with shooting the .380. Ordered holster, Romeo and mags, I'm in love.

Picked up my 365-380 about a month ago and finally got to the range once my 12 round mags came from Sig. Fired 180 rounds through (Speer Lawman, Blazer Brass, Sig V-Crown and Federal HST's) Functioning was flawless, no failures and dead nuts accurate at 7, 10 and 15 yards. Sold my G42 that I've had for over 7 years and haven't missed it one bit.

I have taken some grief from friends over carrying a 380 in a 9mm platform. But the 365-380 has some nice features. The locked breach gives a very soft recoil compared to the 9, which equates better control and faster follow up. Also being 71 the softer recoil is easier on the arthritis. And of course it has all the advantages of the 365 platform. I would like to see the 365xl in 380 also.

Have had the pistol for about a month now, and have fired more than 250 rounds of various Mfrs, and bullet weights. Had one failure to feed in the first magazine, since then runs like a swiss watch so far. Love the weight and accuracy of this pistol!

This firearm is perfect for my weak little hands. With the P365 9mm I was all over the target with the recoil, but with the 380 I had perfect groupings on target. The magazine release button is a little stiff for me,but I think with practice it will get easier. Racks very easy and the night sights are too cool. Also, Sig customer service is awesome. Twice in one week, the warehouse messed up my ammo order. Two 60 second phone calls took care of the problems. Gotta love that! Thank you Mr. Ron Cohen!

I also own a P365/9mm and wanted to move to the P365/380 for a better shooting experience. New gun, so I cleaned it before firing as per the owner’s manual, lubed with CLP. While I am more accurate with it than the P365/9mm, the .380 version had many slide lock, failure to feed, eject and to return to battery issues. Out of 200 rounds of Fiocchi 95gr it was getting hard to keep track, but it was on the order of 40 + malfunctions. Good for training but bad for confidence. For comparison my

Beautiful small handgun. Was waiting & hoping SIG would make a 365-380 in the XL version to match my 9mm XL. Decided to purchase this version when Sig came out with the extended mags for this gun. It now fits my hand. Love it.

I have carried many different EDC weapons, including .38, 9mm, 32 cal., 40 cal,, .45 cal., and .380. My new SIG P365 .380 is now my favorite EDC. The first day at the range I put 80 rounds through it with perfect performance. It is accurate and has such a soft recoil that I place many more rounds on target much faster. I'm using the iron sights standard with the weapon. The night sight picture is great. So far I nothing negative to say, only accolades.

Just an absolute blast to shoot this little pistol. Flawless performance without a single issue since the day I got it. Fast follow up shots are a huge bonus.

The gun shoots very smooth and is an excellent option for concealed carry. I had my girlfriend, who is a new to guns, shoot it and she feels more comfortable with it over the 9mm (Sig P365 X-Macro) and shoots pretty accurately. I have heard a few complaints about misfires, but I would attribute that to poor grip and poor choice of ammo. I noticed that the brass from the Winchester target rounds (95gr) tend to fall out of the chamber when cycling, but the brass from the Hornady Critical Defense

Good Balance , comfortable to shoot , accurate and easy to conceal. Reliable with a good firm grip , can only load 9 rounds in mag due to binding.

Best CCW I've purchased. Had a Ruger LCP-Max but sold it as soon as I got the 365 in .380. Easy shooting. Low recoil makes fast and accurate follow up shots. Is .380 enough???? You vet your bippie!

Great pistol, fun to shoot, and comfortable as a CCW. Slide is easy to operate, even for my teenage daughter, and the weapon was not picky about the type of ammo used. Very accurate from 10-25yds. Only complaint is that the SigP365 only fits the RomeoZero, at least that is what I was told at two different gun shops.

Brought gun home from FFL. Disassembled, wiped off excess oil an went to range. Tried three different factory ammo. It had major FTE issues. It would stovepipe all but maybe 1 or 2 rounds of every magazine. Cleaned it, oiled it, ran it wet, dry nothing helped. Cleaned it so It was dry and hand cycled the slide several hundred times to aid in break in. After all that best was able to get was maybe 4 or 5 to eject out of every mag. Called Sig, customer service top notch. Sent a shipping label. I

My first 380 acp…. I bought it after test shooting the 9mm p365 and wanting an alternative carry gun for summertime. This gun is awesome, had over 400 rounds through it so far on 3 range visits and had zero issues. Throw in an insane kydex creations IWB holster and romeo zero red dot for an awesome carry option.
