I own a lot guns, to include S&W, Springfield, Ruger, Taurus and Glock. When I picked up the Sig Sauer 1911 Scorpion instantly I could feel the quality of this epic firearm. The weight, smoothness and grip makes up one of the best pistols I've ever had the privilege of owning. If you want a gun that says you are a gun guy and want the wow factor then you need to own this one. I have also had nothing but complaints on this classy 1911!

Iv been wanting the Sig Scorpion 1911 for a long time but sig had discontinued this model yrs ago. I’m glad they brought it back as a Bass Pro exclusive, and was able to get one delivered to my local store.. I love it!!

The Sig Scorpion 1911 is among the best 1911s available today. The build quality is top notch and can be seen and felt in the handgun. The grips look good and the included mag-well works. The FDE cerakote is nicely done and nearly identical to Magpul FDE in color. Ambi safety, 3-dot night sights, 3 position rail, and 3 magazines included. I was confused by the picture BPS has for this pistol though. It comes with a black, round trigger with lightening cuts and a black barrel. Not the silver barrel and flat faced trigger in the photo. I am pleased with this as I prefer them anyway.

I had the original scorpion that came out years ago like the one pictured with flat trigger and silver barrel and regretted selling it when I found out they discontinued it luckily they are back and even better these come with 3 full size mag black barrel and black skeletonized curved trigger they also upgraded the recoil spring in these to a flat wire I would say they are even better than the original I even bought a scorpion p938 for my New Everyday carry because they brought those back as well if your on the fence get it they are worth it

Was in the market for a 1911, and have been a fan of Sig for a while. Spoke with the reps at the firearms counter at my local Cabela's, and they directed me right to the Scorpion. Fit and finish are superb, trigger feels amazing, great night sights. A few days after purchase I took it to the range and ran 100 rounds through it with absolutely no hiccups without any prep cleaning or lube. I fully expected a new untreated 1911 to have some issue, but absolutely no problems. It's a a joy to shoot, it stays flat with the recoil absorbed extraordinarily well. The felt recoil is less than that of my 9mm polymer carry pistols for certain. I can't possibly give this firearm more praise, it's perfect and I look forward to many years of enjoyment with the Scorpion. I may wind up picking up the matching P938 as I enjoy it that much.

First 1911 and .45. Came out of the box clean & tight. Put a drop of oil on top of barrel end, barrel top at front of ejection port, and rear of each slide per Colt specs. Fired 100 Winchester FMJ and 10 Speer HP with zero malfunctions of any kind. Sights work well out of the box, clean consistent 5-6 pound trigger pull, very accurate when fired properly (squeeze trigger without flinching). Very tight, solid, accurate, reliable & enjoyable Sig. Like the blacked out barrel & controls and FDE cerakoted frame. Very easy to field strip, clean & reassemble. Nothing bad to say about function or features. Night sights, ambi safety, picatinny rail and three mags appreciated. Good value. Feels like it will last. Put Pachmayr wraparound finger grips on mine, feel better to me. Pleased with purchase, appreciate Boss Pro Shops having this available!

Excellent weapon. Fit, finish, and the grips hold solid when shooting. They allow for faster target re-aquisition. The sights are clean crisp and sharp. Folks there at Cabela's were helpful, and straightforward. Always a pleasure dealing with "the guys".

I purchased the Scorpion in November of 2022 from BassPro, and It's my new favorite handgun. Ive had 0 issues, and 0 malfunctions to date. The sights glow intensely in the dark, and the grip checkering is extremely aggressive, which I love. The Houge G10 Grips and mainspring housing are amazing, Ive even purchased the same Houge grip for other pistols I have. I paried the Scorpion with a Streamlight TLR9, and I feel it is the perfect size.
