Sig Sauer 1911 We The People .45 ACP Pistol – 1911T-45-WTP
Inspired by a rich patriotic history, this pistol serves as a fitting tribute to both the Second Amendment and the most storied handgun in history. This uniquely-American pistol features custom aluminum grips adorned with 50 stars (25 per side) that represent each state in the union. A distressed finish on the stainless-steel slide and frame includes patriotic engravings, such as 13 stars atop the slide and “WE THE PEOPLE” and “1776” on the slide flats. While it honors the past, “We The People” is fully equipped for modern day use, with ambidextrous safety and low-profile night sights.

1 year agoLove this gun. I have a few other 1911's but nothing compares to the quality, styling, detail and handling of this one. Love it

1 year agoI bought this gun for looks but it shoots as good as it looks! One note if shooting a lot the stars will start to cause some soreness on the hand.

1 year agoWon this beauty via raffle at my gun range and it's a classic (also my first 1911). Love the ambi safety but when I put it in my ultrasonic cleaner this week, the aluminum grips lost the distressed finish and are now shiny aluminum. Just ordered replacement grips. Will not put any parts in cleaner anymore.

1 year agoBought this beauty couple months ago and had to get its baby brother so I can always have it at all times! Although it’s a beauty online, pictures do not do the weapon justice. You need to feel the details, quality and craftsmanship in your hands to fully appreciate. Told my wife that the only time I would consider to sell is for a 10mm version, but since learned the in-depth history of 1911 itself, I would have to just add to the collection: Currently looking for justification on the P238

1 year agoI saw this and made it happen. Not looking back and zero regrets. This is a true piece. Accurate right out of the box and with just under 500 rds through her it is operating flawlessly. I absolutly love shooting this gun, everything about it is a joy. This is my first Sig, as well as my first 1911, I will be a return customer! (Thank you Merritt for turning me on to 1911's.......!!!!!

1 year agoThis is my first 1911. I’ve shot many different 1911 in the past and this is one of the best I’ve shot. Well worth the purchase, shoots amazing and looks as good as it shoots.

1 year agoI bought this gun a month ago for my birthday present because I loved the the design. I shot it yesterday for the first time and my first group of seven at seven yards was within 2/12 inches. I shot about sixty rounds and everything was perfect. I plan on shooting this one a lot more and I just ordered a Sig holster as I may use this as my EDC for the winter. I currently own two other Sig 1911's and they are all exceptional, I have never had a misfire with any of them. I bought my first Sig in 1984 and still have it and it shoots great. Thumbs up for Sig Sauer.
