2 years agoI love this ammo for shooting suppressed, in my personal setup it is super accurate and not at all over gassing. Mileage may vary, I'm shooting a 10.5" barrel with a Surefire Socom 300 SPS. Excellent!

2 years agoGreat price! The only blemish found during my inspection of the rounds were on the very tip of the bullet. Have not shot them yet to see what the blemish will do to the accuracy.

1 year agoWhen chronographed with a Magnetospeed v3 out of a Proof Research stainless 6.5 Creedmoor 24" AR-10 barrel, the standard deviation was 26.5 feet per second over a 10 shot string. Why buy this when you can get Berger LRHT or Hornady ELD-M for a couple of dollars more per box? This stuff might as well not exist.

1 year agoI’ve got (2) 6.5’s that just love this ammo. I was glad to find them in stock. Shipped quickly, didn’t wait long to get them.

1 year agoCompetitive pricing. Fast shipping. Quality product. I tested these around a against several other factory brands and these had the most consistent bullet velocity. Velocity @1000 yards is low due to my 17” barrel

1 year agoI have used Sig products in the past with good results and this ammo is no exception. I have tested several brands of 6.5 Creedmoor in my rifle and this always was among the top performers. I will definitely buy this product again.

1 year agoPurchased a few boxes of this to sight in my new Tikka T3x Tac. First 5 shot group at 100 yards was just over half MOA, .525’’! Consistent groups in that range all morning, one group was under 0.3’’! Moved out to metal plates at 200-600 yards, using a ballistic calculator app on my phone I was able to hit everything out to 400 yards and 8 of 10 at 600. For the price this is some great ammo for mid-range shooting. A bullet with a better ballistic coefficient and this consistent load would be a great choice to 1000 yards and beyond. Five stars for 100-400 years, four stars for 500-600 yards, three stars for 700-1000 yards, so I gave it an overall rating of four stars. That said, if you’re shooting to 400 yards, this ammo is hard to beat!

1 year agoI wrote my first review a few weeks ago and gave it four-stars, after shooting it more, I am giving it Five-Stars. Under 0.3MOA at 100, 0.7MOA at 200 and knocking off 8" plates at 500 yards. Very consistent over the chronograph 15 fps extreme spread, so the powder charge works well. The flight is very consistent, looks like it uses the Sierra Matchking bullet. I find myself buying this every time I see, now my "go-to" 6.5 Creedmoor ammo. I am very pleased.

1 year agoThis ammo is definitely the best in terms of accuracy (repeated three round, clover groups out of a 9" Virtus @ 100m with a red dot) and reliability (+1,000 rounds without issue), but the filler is HORRENDUS with a can mounted. Make sure that you have a time slot in mind when sitting down to clean after shooting this ammo. You will need to add another hour. Sig - if you actually mine these reviews - please see this as an opportunity to improve. Find another filler to use for this ammo!

1 year agoI 'm sure it is a good round because of the mfg. I have not fired this particular one but many in the past I have received from Sig.

1 year agoI have used this in both my SAKO TRG 22 and my AI AX 308. Both love this ammo and consistently shoot sub 0.5 MOA groups if I do my part. I have yet to find anything better.

1 year agoGlad to have these for my suppressed Rattler but I have not shot them yet. I am confused about the Sig .300 Blackout Ammo made specially for short barrel rifles. Those boxes are not labeled subsonic but I assume they are.

1 year agoGood ammo! Most accurate out of my 18” match grade barrel than other ammos I’ve tried. Was able to consistently shoot 0.8” 10-shot groups from 100 yards. The only problem I have was the muzzle velocity appears to be on the low side, ~2550 feet per second. My other 77 grain ammo consistently shoots ~2700 feet per second. Thus the reason for only 4 stars.

1 year agoEven though I used a Savage 12 with a 26 inch barrel I obtained and average velocity of 2543 fps, the SD was very good with 3.5 of standard deviation.

1 year agoI am happy with the purchase. This was for a recent AR-10 build and wanted to zero the rifle. After zero at 100 yds, I could drive tacks with this rifle and ammo.

1 year agoOn a quest to find a commercial load for training (and taking my next Precision Rifle Class at Sig Sauer Academy! I tried 5 different manufacturer's match loads, all in 175gr, from Federal, to Black Hills, Nosler SSA, Hornady etc.. While some had smaller deviation with my set-up, Sig provided a decent SD and nice results -- tight sub-minute groupings at 100yds. Muzzle velocity with my setup and under testing conditions was 2671 fps on the average, with a standard deviation of 11.3 fps. So I … Read More

1 year agoBought five boxes of this ammo, and shot my smallest groups ever, first seven rounds were .375" my best hand load can't compare to Sig Sauer elite

1 year agoOne of the few loads that can achieve sub-MOA accuracy out of my SR25 ACC, which is typically a minute and a half rifle. It really likes this stuff. Guess I'll have to feed it some more.
PAUL J.
1 year agoMeasured Muzzle Velocity at 2636 FPS from 20” barrel. For the 3 rounds Standard Deviation was 1 and Extreme Spread was 3. Couldn’t ask for better for factor ammo.
