Sig Sauer 40 S&W 165gr JHP V-Crown Elite PErformance Ammunition 20rds – E40SW1-20

I have two of my defense magazines loaded with this ammunition. I have not fired any of it and hope never to be in a situation that I need to. I trust that SigSauer's ammo will perform as expect should the need ever arise.

One of the best defensive 10mm rounds that actually is worthy of being 10mm. It’s a full power load and at the same time doesn’t over penetrate for defense applications. And I have heard it’s great at taking down whitetail deer too.

MISS FIRES AND JAMS ARE FRUSTRATING. THEY COULD COST YOU WHATS MOST IMPORTANT. AMMO FIRES GREAT AND NO JAMS OR FLASH. SIG IS TOP QUALITY.

Glad Sig has real picky quality control folks over there. There's nothing wrong with this ammo that would affect its functionality. I've saved a few bucks (that I spent on Sig stickers) and got good quality ammo. Don't be shy, get some!!

Great ammunition as always from Sig. I ordered this specifically for my home defense gun. It’s good to know that I will have the protection and reliability of Sig backing me up!

I think my practice shots were more accurate and I enjoyed the outcome shooting various targets at different ranges ( yards).

Nice JHP, this is on par with Hornady CD. Probably the best two JHP you can buy for everyday carry and definitely a bullet you can trust of protecting yourself and loved ones.

Tried using in Ruger Security 380. Many FTF and FTE. I then loaded Legion 380 ammo and CCI ammo and cycled as expected.

Good per the cost. If you need self defense ammo this is going to be the best option per cost and reliability.

I’m iffy on recommending the self defense rounds. A lot of issues with the bullets being over pressed. I’m concerned on firing the rounds and having a catastrophic failure. I apologize if that isn’t the correct terminology.

Superbly accurate in all my preferred carry 9mmP pistols: SIG P210CA, Girsan MCP35 PI Ops, Wilson Combat EDC x9, and Springfield EMP. Reviews consistently confirm great expansion in test media as well as deep penetration from 3-4 inch barrels, so this is now my standard 9mmP carry ammunition. Reasonably priced for such high performance defensive ammunition. I also use the same brand in .38 Super, though I haven't been able to find it lately.

I started collecting Sig Sauer items a while ago. I bought these for that and because they are nickel plated. I bought 2 boxes and neither were nickel. It wasn't on the site yet that they'res a shortage on nickel coating. So im dissatisfied with that, I wouldn't buy that expensive of brass.

This ammo cycles smooth and reliably but need the crimp around the center to kee from bullets pushing it if unloaded and reloaded is why I give it four stars

Sig is calling it blemished so they can make more! There are ever so slight blemishes. They shoot just fine. I haven't encountered a target yet that cares whether or not the ammo is blemished. Try some for real... ????????

The quality of the bullets was exceptional, looked nice and no difference in the bullets (I measured them) all were within 0.005 of each of them. Accuracy was very good. Probably was a lot better than my shooting. No misfires no stove pipes or anything. Overall they are exceptional.

Got these as a gift from my Father along with a speed loader. Guys and Gals you will not regret the purchase. Normally I use federal, but I'm loving the extraction and there's almost always no flash. Proud lifelong customer!
