Sig Sauer .40 S&W 180gr FMJ Elite Ball Ammunition, 50 Round Box – E40SB2-50

Ammo runs clean but did not accomplish the purpose for which I bought it. My instructor hosts unofficial matches set up like Shoot Sig, Glock matches, or IDPA. My hope was that this ammo would make it to clean the plates on the plate rack. But no matter which ammo I use, I have to hit in the top center of the plates to make them fall. Not always easy. Obviously the problem is the shooter, not the ammo ????. I was also hoping this ammo would provide the same accuracy as the Sig defensive 380 ammo but that didn't seem to be the case either.

Quality ammo at a good price, I have ordered before and the product is always superior. Just wish you would have more product in different calibers available for purchase.

Super nice you kept my back order on file for over a year. I did not expect that. Burns clean, very accurate. Everything you would want in ammunition. As Sig has added more calibers it has become my go to ammo.

Shot several rounds through my S&W M&P2.0 40 PC with no problems. Quality and performance was outstanding. Checking afterwards they were clean burning as had little residue left when cleaning. The match up nicely with their V-Crown mates.

I've been shooting this as well as V Crown, both in 180 gr, in a Kahr PM40 for several years. I did get one bad box a couple of years ago but otherwise it's been consistent in quality and dramatically better in terms of control and accuracy than anything else, especially in this small, light weight gun . I've shot Sig's 9mm ammo and find it good but something about their 40 cal just makes it work for me. I have not opened the boxes bought recently that prompted this revue but have no reason to believe they'll be any different.

Once again, another quality product from Sig Sauer. Every caliber ammo I have purchased from Sig has worked without any issues. Their v-crown line is one the best high performance lines of ammo I’ve used.

This has to be a review for ammo quality. I have used magtech and winchester ammo and they all had jamming or extensive amount of soot from the ammo. Sig's elite ammo has a hassle free and clean use in my p320

I’ve never had a problem with your ammunition. I would say it is a little expensive but so is everything else I would recommend this ammunition to anyone

All Sig ammo is top quality. I used to be able to buy Sig ammo in 38 super, 357 SIG and 10 mm in Bass Pro Shops before the pandemic. These calibers are some times hard to get.

Shooting with the same caliber rounds of other companies, I find myself more comfortable with the performance and quality of Sig Sauer ammunition.
