2 years agoI have this paired with a Sig Sauer Tango6 scope. Went to the range and shot a .34MOA 5 round group at 200 yards. This is my tack driver! The stock is quirky and takes some getting used to, but the gun overall is great. I love it. I especially love the trigger, smooth to the stop and just the slightest pressure sends the round. Mine is a 6.5 Creedmoor caliber.

2 years agoShot my cross for the first time today. I was very pleased. Recoil was manageable for the weight. Shot 1 MOA out of the box. Love the triger.

1 year agoOne reviewer dinged this rifle because he wished the stock could fold to the left. READ YOUR INSTRUCTION MANUAL and you will see that the stock IS easily reversible to fold to the left if that is your preference.

1 year agoBought this rifle first because it was light and handy. Folding stock makes it easier to carry and pack away while traveling. Mounted a Sig Tango 4x16-44mm scope and a Sig 7.62 QD Suppressor. Great hunting rig and EDC pickup gun. Collected an Aoudad, Mule Deer, Numerous WTD and Axis, and lotsa hogs! Plenty of thump to put them down. Used it at a PRS match, but suffered from poor BC hunting bullets. Just bought Sig match ammo, looking forward to better results at long distance!

1 year agoPurchased the .308 version of the Sig Cross and have been absolutely amazed by the weight and accuracy of the rifle. Put the Sig 6.5-20x52mm Sierra3 BDX Riflescope on the Cross and am consistently getting 2”-3” groups out at 500yds. The trigger pull on the rifle is amazing as well. Cannot wait for whitetail season with the Cross!

1 year agoI was wanting a .308 rifle, it was between the Cross and the Begara, my local Gun Shop called me and said the Cross came in, I was there in 10 minutes, mounted optics on it and went to range next day, accuracy was amazing even during break in period, I put on a muzzle break and it was even better, I have fired over 300 rounds of different manufacture ammo thru the Cross without any issues, don't get me wrong both the Cross and the Begara are great weapons but I'm glad the Cross came in first, very happy with my purchase and accuracy of this weapon, highly recommend to anyone

1 year agoBeen taking my 16inch 308 to range a few times, it can hold up predictable shots all the way to 700 yds. Definitely a sub-moa rifle, could achieve sub 3/4 moa with better loads. The trigger is a bit mushy compared with Trigger tech and Geissel ones. Hopefully, there are more upgrade parts available in the future.

1 year agoIncredible rifle, myself and two others all bought the same gun. shoots sub half MOA with factory match, 1.5-2” with various m80 ball loads. All three of us have made hits out to 1300 yards, if wind was a little more consistent we would have made 1650 and yes we’re doing it with 308. Not 6.5 man bun. This rifle is so accurate that my scope is the limiting factor. I’ve literally run out of clicks. Only complaint is that there isn’t a full length 20 MOA top rail for MOA Adders like

1 year agoInitially shot horribly with everything. FF a few months and did some research on harmonics. My brake was causing a disturbance so after setting it with rocktite and 5 foot lbs it shoots half moa.

1 year agoI really love the gun but please clean it up a little before boxing it - was the dirtiest gun I've bought in quite a few years. Only small complaint is the folding stock can be a little finicky

1 year agoIt definitely has a preference on ammo but is definitely sub moa with most rounds at 100. Further distances it liked the heavier Hornady ELD's.

1 year agoA solid hybrid rifle (precision & hunting) that shoot consistent 0.6 MOA with Norma Whitetail 6.5CM at 100 yards. It's definitely capable to be sub-half MOA with quality reloading ammo. It's true that this rifle makes bunch of tradeoff to be lightweight. Some features may be important if you're shooting it benchrest/competition: picky on ammo, heat up quickly with factory barrel, no ARCA from factory, etc. But that really depends on your usage. For hunting and occational target shooting, Sig Cross won't let you down.

1 year agoAfter zeroing my Tango4 6-24-50 the third day of rifle season I droped an 8-point buck at 96.7 yards......

1 year agoAwesome rifle. My wife wanted to get into shooting with me and we picked out the Sig Cross together. Its super light and the shorter barrel makes it easier for my wife to handle. It feels very familiar to an AR platform. I put on a simple AR red dot at first for my wife to shoot & she loved everything about this rifle. The lighter weight and short barrel give this rifle a very satisfying kick (in our opinion). The action is very smooth. The trigger is crisp and is more flat than curved like you

1 year agoI have the cross in 6.5 with a Leupold VX3 HD 4.5-14 and the muzzle brake from sig. I’m shooting Hornady precision hunter 143 right out of the box. I’ve herd it’s very ammo picky, but it is a sub moa gun with the Hornady ammo. I’m a new shooter and put 4 bullets in the same dime sized hole from 100 yards with a cheap lead sled. Couldn’t be happier with my purchase (sig you should include the brake with the gun).

1 year agoLove my new 6.5 Creedmore. After sighting in at 100 yards, shooting out to 200 yds takes only 2 mil clicks on the scope. Bought extended warranty which includes scope mounting and cleaning. I have mounted many scopes but don't have all the fancy bubble levels so I had Sok mount my new scope and he did the job to perfection!

1 year agoI was in the market for another AR platform rifle for hunting but was not opposed to a bolt action. After a suggestion from a friend to check out the Cross in 6.5 Creedmor, I could not be happier with this purchase! His question to me was, "how often do you take more than one shot"? My answer was, "almost never", which made me go with a bolt actio...Read More Read more about review stating Sig Cross Bolt Action Rifle
