The SIG pistol that started it all, made even more battle ready. The P220 Combat with threaded barrel is designed to meet, and exceed, rigorous military standards. The P220 Combat performs like no other .45ACP available. The P220 Combat also passes the military’s 240 hr salt spray corrosion test. Outfitted with a true M1913 Picatinny rail, vertical front strap serrations and SIGLITE night sights.
Features:
- Flat dark earth anodized frame – each pistol features the military’s flat dark earth finish on its alloy frame and SIG’s Nitron over a stainless slide
- Corrosion resistant internal coating – internal parts and controls are finished for extreme corrosion resistance and reduced friction
- Chrome lined barrel – the barrel is hard chromed and finished in Nitron, easily exceeding the military’s accuracy requirements
- M1913 accessory rail
- (1) 10 round, (1) 8 round steel magazine included
- CA state compliant

1 year agoIt's a beast of a firearm. Will last a lifetime. The robust stainless steel slide gives this pistol some heft which makes it accurate. Love the 10 round extended clips. Buy extras! You won't regret it. Biggest drawback is that being a full-framed pistol it's not exactly a stealthy concealed carry. Get the P220 Carry for that use. Another minor drawback is no mounting plate for an optical sight. The P220 Combat does come with SigLite sights which are decent. Great pistol definitely worth having in your safe.

1 year agoNot as nice as my P226, but still a nice pistol. Does not have a chamber loaded indicator. Does not have a magazine release cutoff. Slide release is stiffer than my P226 and rounds don't chamber as smoothly as the P226. I've had to rack the slide twice on several occasions to pick up the first cartridge. Maybe things will improve as the gun gets more use. Shoots very nice - no adjustments necessary.

1 year agoAmazing Firearm. Extremely well built. Sportsman’s Warehouse always provides me with top notch customer service. This is my third firearm purchase from Sportsman’s Warehouse and I will purchase any future firearms from this store.

1 year agoThis is fantastic and surprise pistol. Sig discontinued the lP220 line accept for the Legions. Seeing this I jumped on it. I have a p220 Combat from 2013 and this one is the same except for the frame finish. The 2013 version FDE was more of a gold hue while this one is a Coyote brown Otherwise the coated internals and the chrome lined barrel are here. In addition with the 2013 model you did get 5 mags, while this one contains a 8round and a 10 round. I was impressed enough to order

1 year agoAbsolutely love it! Handles amazingly, fits in the hand comfortably, and for a smaller .45 doesn’t recoil the way you would think. Fun and true gun to shoot

1 year agoThis unit is the "top shelf " Tough, dependable and Mil-Spec. It is an investment for sure but well spent. You could get 2 of the other guys for the price of this but that is what you would get, 2 of the "others", not equals.

1 year agoCame with 2 mags, 8 and 10 rounds. Very comfortable for small/medium size hands. Going to change plastic grips.

1 year agoNicest pistol l own. Accurate and reliable. Bit spendy but I will probably have it for a long time. The purchase though Sportsmen’s went without hitch. I like the big bores!

1 year agoIt's a Sig... What's not good about it? Excellent build and quality. Shoots smooth and crisp. Very accurate up to and beyond 20 yards.

1 year agoAwesome handgun. It's accurate, easy to clean, has a good kick, and looks cooler in person. I get nothing but compliments.

1 year agoLove my P220 ~ Changed to Hogue Black Grips and love the look and feels great too. This is a proven reliable firearm and I've had no issues since my purchase. Accurate and smooth action. Love the finish of the Combat model Get one while they're still on the CA roster !!

1 year ago500+ rounds down range and still feels brand new. Swapped out factory grips for Hogue rubber and hated them. Swapped those out for the Piranha grips and love them more than I ever thought possible. Easy to take down and clean. This is my do everything gun. Home defense. Range toy. SHTF accessory. Etc. The double action trigger is pretty great too. Would buy again 1,000 times over.

1 year agoI bought this pistol over a year ago. It is one of the highest rated 45ACP pistols around. It was made for Combat, will withstand being submersed in water for a long time and still fire. I put a Hogue wrap around 1 piece rubber grip on it, the factory grips were horrible and too slim. The pistol is accurate, the night sites are great, and the ease that a Sig breaks down is also the best. Also, there is no safety, but the pistol does have an easy to use decocker on the left side of the frame. I
