1 year agoThe gun seems great for the 45 rounds put through it. 100% reliable so far. My complaint is with Smith and Wesson the company denying my rebate. I called them and someone from a call center sounding very off shore told me that once my submission was scanned as 4 days late I was out $75 as it can't be corrected. Since then I bought a Beretta and Springfield. Of the three, the S&W is as good or better, but customer service left me concerned that they might not support me if there are issues past the first 45 rounds.
