1 year agoI ordered this product and received it looking like it had been handled by someone who had their hands covered in grease. It was stained and couldn’t be cleaned. So I had a replacement ordered and returned the damaged one. 2nd one arrives and it’s even worse. Not only was the cerakote stained with grease, the slide had gouges in the finish. Take my advise don’t order this gun. Customer service sucked during this whole process as well.

1 year agoWhile Smith & Wesson, typically, make great handguns, I am absolutely shocked with how bad this particular one it. I purchased the M&P Shield EZ 9mm with the idea of giving it to my daughter for Christmas. Before gifting it to her, I decided to test fire it first. First, let me say that I was amazed at how dirty it was. One would think that it was pre-owned by the residue on it. Next, I loaded up the two 8 round magazines and commenced to test it.
