Smith & Wesson J-Frame revolvers have had your back since 1950. These small revolvers were designed to fire a full power round and are as simple and easy to use as they are reliable. Available in various calibers and with three diverse hammer designs, it is no surprise that the Smith & Wesson J-Frame has become the most popular, small-frame, defense revolver on the market.
The Model 340 PD NO INTERNAL LOCK is a variation of the Model 40 Centennial AirLite® that integrates the time-tested features of the original with modern advancements. This revolver is a favored back-up and concealed carry firearm due to its lightweight, enclosed hammer, and reliability.

1 year agoExcellant gun to carry in your coat pocket. Under 12 ounces will barely know it is there. Recoil at full 357 loads pretty stout, but several manufacturers make weaker 357 loads for this type of handgun.

1 year agoThis gun weighs about 14.3 ounces loaded with 135gr ammo. Gun fits perfect in a Galco Pocket Protector. Fit and finish is good. Trigger is heavy, but its smooth and easily staged. .38 Specials are pretty tame in this gun, but a box of .357’s and the palm of my hand is tingling.

1 year agoMy favorite gun to carry! Added some VZ grips and an XS sight. If you choose to carry everyday, this revolver makes it easy. No lock too!

1 year agoI carry this as my first response gun in light jacket pocket, gun so light does not weight pocket down. Very painful to shoot. 357 or 38. That’s the trade off

1 year agoPurchased this gun for my wife, she said even the airweight .38 was heavy in her purse. Will load with.38's

1 year agoGreat pocket revolver! .357 can be tough to shoot as the recoil is NOTable, but with practice, this will be a solid carry. Its amazingly light even loaded which makes it a versatile carry. Put it in an ankle holster and you might even forget you are carrying it. I did Later replace the front sight with a Big Dot tritium (Not Shown in the photo) and i strongly recommend this easy to perform at home upgrade. All you need is a punch, red locktite, and a small mallet. Other than that be sure to heed … Read More

1 year agoGreat gun for conceal carry. Not for long term range use because of it's light weight, but the best coneal gun I ever had.

1 year agoYesterday I put 50 rounds of 357 mag, 158g thru this gun. Not bad at all. I mean recoil is as you’d expect for such a lightweight. But nothing like YouTube would have you believe. In fact, hornrady 38 special 158g wad cutters didn’t feel much different.

1 year agoThe transaction has good excellent as far as handing them money, via cc and receiving the pistol at the approved FFL.no thrb10 day wait, very fast . The only thing I did not Iile we're the flaws in the finish. I will take pics when I receive the pistol.

1 year agoAmazing revolver love the weight love the size and it’s now my daily personal carry I prefer shooting .38 Plus P rounds out of it

1 year agoNice well made gun but it kicks a lot due to the light weight. This is a good concealed carry revolver, not the gun you are probably going to shoot a lot at the range. But I like carrying it knowing if needed I am not leaving brass behind.
