Smith and Wesson M&P-15 Sport II AR 15 5.56 Nato 16" Barrel 30-Rounds M-LOK

This is my first and will be my only AR. I am very pleased with it and that was to be expected since I now own 3 Smith M&Ps in all from 9mm, .22LR, and now .223. Looks great! I was finally able to get the first cleaning done and get out. My first AR, but have shot some before. Shot great! First shot about 1.25 left of center after cleaned and right out of box at 36 yards. First ten shots same distance in under a 3"x 3" group. It took about a week to get to my FFL (5 business days). Only have a few mags though so far....I'd suggest cleaning and oiling before trying it out. i tried rite out of the box and found the rounds were not ejecting. after i oiled the carrier area a little everything seems ok now.

Have shot over 200 rounds so far and no issues .any S&W firearm I have ever owned has always been reliable.

I RECEIVED the rifle quickly and i am very happy with it. The finish is not the GREATEST. It shows machining marks and i would have THOUGHT it would have been a little more APPEALING to the eye. Other than that, it has fired every time that i have pulled the trigger. It was easily sighted in and is a lot of fun to shoot. I would RECOMMEND.

I love it, even though haven't had the chance of going to the range to try her out. Already installed a vertical grip with a built-in LED light and red dot laser. 40 round Mag is on it's way, I've only gotten started.

This is my first AR although I've been shooting Colt and S&W as a cop for 20 years. This was typical S&W quality. No issues at all. It was close to zero right out of the box. Elevation was spot on and only needed about six clicks of windage. I put a Magpul 2 two point sling on it. I like the MOE guard as I don't need rails on all sides. The rifle came one one rail which I used for a Streamlight weapon light.

This is a fantastic AR. Affordable and so smooth firing it. Perfect for the family. Sadly lost it in a tragic boating accident.

I like this rifle because it’s simple to operate, breakdown and clean. I can’t wait to get to the range and fire it.

Great gun, no complaints! Put a 3x scope on it plus a foregrip that turns into a bipod and also has a flashlight connected I love it. Blew through 700 rounds the first time shooting it even with ammo prices where they are!

Light, ergonomic, sights well, shoots straight. I have mine sighted at 25/300, it’s accurate. Using .556 rounds.
