Love the pistol the only problem I had was with the magazines. When I loaded them to full capacity (22 rd) the first couple of times the spring got stuck and about 7 rds fell out. But after loading and unloading them about 5 times they started working correctly. I seen videos about this problem. Now the gun run flawlessly. The recoil is very minimal and I can stay on target with hardly no effort. I added a red dot optic and absolutely would recommend this gun.

Bore wasn't centered, good thing I checked before blowing out my suppressor. Magazines jam up with AE or FNH ammo. Sent back to Smith & Wesson weeks ago, heard nothing from them. If this doesn't come back fully fixed I'm selling it.

Where did the recoil go? That is what you will be asking after shooting this gun. The grip is a little long but it is still easy to grip. This is the current favorite of my 13 year old daughter.

Bought this pistol 2 days ago the follower on the magazines will not push up the rounds if you load more than 16 rounds . Totally ridiculous. I called S&W customer service and their solution was send in the magazines and they would send me more

I shoot quite a bit of 5.7 and since having cervical spine surgery And arthritis I find it almost impossible to rack most of my firearms much less handle the average felt recoil, I've only put a couple hundred rounds down range but so far it has exceeded my expectations. I also installed an optic and light/laser for these old eyes ! Now we can only hope that the cost of ammo starts to fall. No failures as of now, it has been flawless.

Gas operated 5.7 SW OR w/ threaded barrel, need I say more? Well, not much more I can say anyway since THEY'RE ALWAYS OUT OF STOCK!

Excellent 5.7. The thinest pistol in town, I have the Ruger 5,7 also. Smith is much nicer. The mag loader it comes with does a great job.

I love the 5.7 round. And Smith's take on this cartridge is exceptional. as others have commented, the grips just feel perfect. a pleasure to handle.

Had a great experience like before and no issues. Great gun. Almost no kick back. Easy to shoot if you have any issues with lack of hand or arm strength.

The mag keeps falling out... I'm sorry I purchased this one. I'm told, I should've gotten the Ruger 5.7 instead. Oh well

The pistol came from S&W with a warped frame and a broken firing pin. It went back to the factory for repair. 2 1/2 months later it was returned with a new frame. The second firing pin lasted 80 rounds and then broke. Back to S&W for repairs again. They kept it a month on the second repair visit. I took it to the range and it fired 123 rounds before literally falling apart: the hammer spring and retaining nut fell out on the ground. M&P? I think not. S&W used to hang that title only on

A wonderful and fun gun with very little recoil. The only downside is the expense of the ammunition, especially since you'll probably want to shoot it more than your pocket book will.

I love my s&w57. Through 450 rounds it has been a perfectly functioning gun. I have read reviewers say that the gun is not ergonomic and they don’t like the grip. Then they shoot tight groups, usually better than the competitors. I find the grip to be fine, much like the shield and I shoot both guns very well. It’s an accurate handgun.

The grip, trigger, and weight is perfect for a carry pistol. It comes out of the box ready to use. We all know the star of the show is the caliber! I have recommended it to friends, my ffl actually wanted 2 of them when he first laid eyes on my 5.7 S&W. I know he bought one. Thanks for the great product, keep up the good work S&W!

Not having a 5.7 pistol before the whole platform is new to me. This thing feels great. I'm loving everything about it.

Have not shot yet. Finish is nice, lightweight gun. Fits good in hand. For some reason the slide sounds a little loose.

This gun is light weight easy to shoot but is as loud as a 38. It shot as if sighted to the left of target at 7 yards. Overall this is a great handgun. It shoots well.

So the pistol is very thin and light. The trigger is smooth and the gun just shoots amazingly. There is little felt recoil and it is easy to keep on target for repeated shots. It is cut for a direct mount RMSc optic. I added the Holosun EPS Carry. It will use any Holosun K series sites for direct mount. The magazines (Important) The magazines are steel and hold 22 rounds each. They are VERY hard to hand load and you will have failures loading it this way. It comes with a special

The S&W 5.7 is a great pistol! Very accurate & optics ready. I plan to install a Holosun 407k optic soon. Did I mention the mag holds 22 rnds! I opted for the thumb safety version, thinking I’d use this pistol for training my kids to shoot a pistol. Functions perfectly & has a threaded barrel. Overall great customer experience with PSA!!!
