I really like the pistol! I didn't care for the suppressor height sights. Nothing wrong with them just didn't care for them. I wasn't as fast as the standard sights on my M&P 2.0 compact. I changed them out with a set of Ameriglo CAP standard height sights.

i own the gen 1 also and they refined the pistol a little more with this 2.0 gen. I already prefer the m&p to the glock series and I own 3 glocks. they are great pistols, but other companies are taking that original design and besting it. the m&p is one of them leading the charge.

This is my first S&W M&P and they did what all the others couldn’t or wouldn’t do, and that was install the correct height sights on a pistol that came with a threaded barrel for a suppressor. Really love the aggressive grip and extra back strap inserts. The magazines appear to be HK or Sig in quality. The machining quality is good as what I expect from HK, Sig, Glock, etc. Feels very good in hand with great pointability. The trigger isn’t too bad either. It’s just a … Read More

I really like the M and P 2.o with threaded barrel. The 2.0 trigger is definitely an upgrade over the 1.0 and the new grip texture is nice too. Not crazy about the suppressor height sights though. They will take some getting used to. Easy to see, not so easy to shoot accurately. Maybe it's user error and not the gun but if I had it to do over I would buy with regular sights. I have other M and P's with normal sights and they are useable with the suppressor attached.

The M&P is great! The suppressor height sights are nice but it makes it hard to find commercially available holsters. The Threaded barrel is a nice feature and i look forward to utilizing. The overall weight when fully loaded with the 17 rounds is not to heavy to use as an EDC.

Amazing gun. Ran the cheapest ammo (white box) for its first feast & no malfunctions. Mags are original S&W and work flawless. I’ve added +6 extensions on them as well. Thanks Grab A Gun for the sweet deal ! I’ll later on place a compensator for it, all within time.

Great deal. First rounds down range were suppressed at 50yards. Ran an 8in plate rack right out of the box. Shoots well with my Omega 9k.

Great gun and loads of fun to shoot. Put about 400 rounds through it immediately and didn't have any misfires or jams. Great purchase, I wish a silencer was cheaper to utilize the threaded barrel.

Great pistol and a great host for my suppressor, took a couple magazines to get the recoil spring loose enough to cycle subsonic rounds but once it did it ran like a dream!

If you want this gun to run open sights with a can it is a 5 at this price. I really wanted the C.O.R.E in 2.0 but not available so I removed the rear sight to add an optics plate and red dot. Works fine now but could be better. So the good: love the feel, fit, finish, 2.0 trigger and the price. everything as expected. Questionable or not as good: if you want optics wait for a C.O.R.E. or buy pro or performance center and or get your slide machined or upgraded cause a rear sight plate puts most … Read More

using cheap ammo? hope you're hungry. keep your mouth open and this will feed you brass all day. 100 Winchester white box eject straight back into my face, I'll try something with more power next time. aside from my facial assault, this is a very smooth shooting gun. very manageable recoil and easy follow up. trigger reset is very crisp.

I love the feel of the aggressive grip and the different grip choices that came with. Already put some rounds down range and the only issue i had was the release is hard to do with your thumb. Hopefully it will get easier with use. One of the Latches On the case i don’t think was ever attached right, just falls off, but not a big deal. But shoots great, feels good in the hand. I’m happy with it!
