Smith and Wesson M&P9 M2.0 Compact Optics Ready 9mm 4" Barrel 15-Rounds Thumb Safety

Excellent gun for CC\home defence. . Grip texture keeps control even when hot and sweaty. Nice recoil management, sight picture, nice trigger, and quality. Only issue is with thumb safety. I engage accidentally if my grip is not right ie don't place my thumb on top of paddle. Deciding on whether to request the thumb safety delete from S&W. They provide for free. Would buy again.

Great deal for a well setup medium CCW. My last carry weapon for 20 plus years was a 380 Beretta. This is lighter and at my age the optics option is a must.

Picked this Smith & Wesson up at my local Sportsman's Warehouse, having it shipped for free from another out of state store. I have several pistols, however, this one makes me look like an expert shooter. I have small hands and the flexibility to adjust the grip size makes a big difference in how much better I can shoot. The texture of the grip is awesome. Overall, very happy with my purchase.

I own two of these, one with the thumb safety and one without. Very comfortable and well-balanced gun. The textured grip is outstanding. My only criticism is the S&W magazine. It is extremely difficult to get a full 15 rounds in them. As the spring is compressed toward the bottom with rounds 14 and 15, the follower gets stuck. There are online videos that show how to file the follower down so that is moves freely through the magazine. I also have the Smith & Wesson M&P Shield Plus (a great gun by the way), but it has the same magazine problem.

I ordered a S&W M&P 9mm Performance Center M2.0 but when the gun arrived, it was the wrong model. The box was correct as was the extra grip panels and magazine. I've had it over a year or two now and I still love shooting this gun. The balance is good and the sights on it are dead on. The weight felt nice in the hand and not a whole lot of kickback. I plan on getting another one here soon.

Low bore axis, great ergonomics, comes with different Backstraps/Palm swell. Comes with a bunch of optics mounting plates. smooth trigger pull. Added a Holosun 507c to it. Guns.com had the pistol Shipped fast AF and it got to my FFL in 3 days.

Received the pistol and for some reason the interchangeable handgrips does not fit. Gun is more grayish in color than metal…

The combination of compact size, suppressor height sights, & CORE optics readiness is ideal for me. Absolutely beautiful firearm. The grip factory stippling is perfect for my taste. The optics ready slide is always a plus. good balance, good grip, smooth operation. I'd like the trigger pull to be a bit lighter, but it's fine. the interchangeable grips are a nice plus to make it fit your hands. Very apprecaited.

Fantastic pistol. Terrific grip and balance with the perfect 4 inch barrel length. Out of the box at ten yards into the bullseye and all around it. Just breaking 150 rounds with out any issue. Extremely happy with this M&P. Thank yo Smith & Wesson.

Love the ergonomics, gun fits my hands well. With the included back strap options it’s easy to size the firearm to your hand size.

The M&P 2.0 Compact has become my favority handgun--once it is tweaked to perfection. Out of the box: -Extremely accurate -Mulitple backstraps provide the perfect grip -Absolutely reliable Tweaks: -Holosun 507c optic allows me to shoot nearly up to the gun's potential. -Apex trigger makes the trigger pull light, quick and precise. The stock trigger is adequate--but hampered particularly by the hinged design. The Apex gives the M&P one of the best trigger pulls I have experienced. Highly recommended.
