First time buying a weapon online. Calfornia FFLs will charge a sales tax. Don't let that catch you by surprise.Solid firearm for the price. The take down lever takes a little bit of finger tip strength, but otherwise the SD9VE is a solid reliable weapon. Rounds go down range very nicely. Many complain about the trigger pull but it looks like if you don't replace it with the Apex trigger, it'll wear itself in in a couple of thousand rounds. I had no FTF or FTE with double taps. I have had a chance to do rapid fire yet, but I don't imagine any issues with that.

Reliable, easy to shoot, accurate, and VERY ergonomic (excellent grip angle). Very reliable, she eats whatever I feed her like Rosie ODonnell. For a polymer handgun, the price is right. Compare to Glock 19 which is identical in construction (SW copied Glock for this), you're just paying double for the name "Glock".

The entire transaction was great. Grabagun had the best price on the S&W SD9VE (at least $30 less than the competition) and the shipping was quicker than I expected. Runs great. Put 100 rounds of winchester white box through it no malfunction. I have medium size hand so I can't reach the mag release with out adjusting my grip, and the trigger has a long rubber like feel. But it's sutch a great cuality gun at a bargain price, I would buy it again. Those are the only two negative things I have to say about it and one of the is not the guns fault. I would buy it again and recomend it to anyone who is looking for cuality at a good price.

This is my first gun. Never had owned a fire arm in my life Love that it fits very well in my hand and when shooting the recoiled is bearable for beginners. Wish it came with a hard case for storage.

Great entry level pistol. Nothing really special or fancy about it, but it gets the job done. based on the old school sigma pistols. I added a hogue rubber grip sleeve and it fits perfectly in my hand. I think the only thing I changed was swapping the plastic guide rod for a metal one. Overall good pistol for the money.

Great comfortable Weapon, feels solid, very smooth operation. As we quit getting younger we must push gun forward To slide it, i do not have to do this i can COMFORTABLY cycle the slide. Very good weight and balance, i would recommend this weapon
