1 year agoThe Model 29 is a 44 mag like all other S&W 29's. Bluing is excellent as is the engraving. The grips are splendid but not at all glossy; the photo is a little off. A coat of Liquid Gold or Tung Oil is good for the wood grips. Better than shiny lacquer. Reserve a few hours to get thru the purchase process. Takes them about an hour to complete the paperwork and sale. If they're busy take the day off.

1 year agoIt is beautiful, I’ll give it that, but cylinder didn’t spin without sticking and bullet extractor stuck so I needed to get it sent back to Smith and Wesson. At this point I don’t have it back yet. I will not give it a good recommendation as this should have been checked at the factory.
