Only problem it gave me the fever for the 44 model! Light recoil even with 460 loads like 22lr with 45lc. GAG did what they advertised. It is accurate just shooting offhand. A full scope will probably be to heavy for me offhand Probably put a red dot on top which is lighter. Full scope would be OK if it was supported.

Recoil is very manageable with the muzzle brake. Its very loud and the shock Wave is INCREDIBLE. Great magnum REVOLVER !

I love this gun. Shooting .45 colt is like shooting a pellet gun. The .454 casull ads some thump and the .460 is not near as bad as i THOUGHT it would be. This gun is an absolute thrill to shoot.

I love this handgun! It doesn’t kick as much as you’d think due to the weight and the muzzle brake. It’s very accurate; I’ve shot things out to 250 yards with iron sights. It’s a bit pricey, but it’s well worth the investment! The PC tuned trigger is smooth and pleasant. You’ll enjoy shooting this revolver.

Much more control compared to the 3 1/2 inch barrel, and extremely accurate with a scope. I purchased them for specific reasons. The short barrel is easier to carry for emergencies, where the other is just fun to shoot.

I absolutely love shooting my 460 Performance Center with the 7.5" barrel. Its colossal size and considerable weight really keep down the recoil. This would be the perfect hunting handgun. So far, I've hunted watermelons and 2 liter bottles, with the desired effect! You won't be disappointed with this beautiful beast of a handgun.

Very well balanced and minimal recoil with the 7.5 in barrel Performance Center. I have shot 45LC, 454 Casull, and S&W 460 Mag and all three shoot well. The 45 and 454 recoil is almost non-existent while the 460 is noticeable the muzzle flip is less than that of most 45auto's I have shot. I am very pleased with this revolver and look forward to using it this hunting season.

The trigger pull on this powerhouse is smooth and easy. Accuracy is top notch. S&W performance does it again.

I have yet to fire the gun because I live in Commifornia with the 10 day law. However, the gun arrived at my FFL faster than I anticipated. It is a beautiful gun and I can't wait to fire it.

I absolutely love this gun it really performs well, and cleaning this gun is not that hard either. it's one gun that I will never part with. you do have to understand that this gun does put out plenty of recoil,but I like that feeling when I'm shooting a pistol.

An amazing weapon! Took it to a local state wildlife agency range and they moved me to an end stall by myself as firing it was disrupting the shooters around me. Hand cannon is an understatement. After 15 rounds my hand was ready to call it a day. Absolute pleasure to own and shoot.
