Smith & Wesson M&P 15-22 Sport .22 LR Rifle w/ Dot Optic – 12722

I've only had mine for a few weeks, but so far I love it. Very accurate and I don't think you can beat it for the price. Also love the red/green dot sight that came with mine!

This is one of the best plinking riles I have ever shot for the money. Although I had a little trouble with the Remington ammo, after a change up it was flawless. The M&P Red/Green Optic 12722 is a joke both dots are so blurred you can't see a target at 25 yards to 50 yards. S&W should be ashamed to put this optic on there rifles.

Have been wanting a .22 to shoot Steel with - got this for my birthday in late April. Love it. Have shot Steel twice and it was so easy, it made me look good!. Also, since it has the same configuration as my AR-15, it makes it easy to handle.

Easy to use right out of the box, 100’s and 100’s of rounds with no jams. Wife and son just love this Rifle to spend the day shooting.

I bought this rifle for my 10 year old and it turns out that I like shooting it as well. We have run about 3,000 rounds through her without any issues. It is a fun, affordable and accurate rifle. My only issue is that loading the magazines is a a bit of a pain, design could be improved

I love this weapon, it’s light and fun to shoot. No issues at all with about 300 rounds down range so far. The only negative thing I noticed was that the owners manual says there was supposed to be a lock in the box and there wasn’t one when I picked it up.

This is a fantastic rifle. I bought it for my wife who thought that my rifle was too heavy. I think I like to shoot it more than she does. Overall we are very happy with the purchase and the customer service involved with getting it. I would buy this rifle again. I would recommend this rifle to anyone who does not already own one.

The best thing about this rifle is that it mimics the functionality of a standard AR platform. It is a nice feature that allows you to maintain your "muscle memory" in operating an AR, without the gut punch of 70 cents a round. Even in the unique 2021 ammo market of scarcity, 22lr is still far cheaper than 5.56 or .223. The $499.99 price point is a bit high. This is especially true when you realize you are not getting a real AR platform, just a rifle that looks and "feels" like one.

This rifle is made of composite material for the upper and lower. I chose another with an Aluminum upper and lower. Also ,as mentioned in another comment, the magazines are difficult to find. Perhaps a Tippman Arms M4 style 22 lr would fit your needs better? Just saying. Thank you Palmetto State Armory for all the quality products you have sold myself and others.

Very happy with the purchase ended up picking up a few more magazines from PSA once they had them back in stock.

Great gun for target shooting or varmit hunting no problems after 500rounds. Easy to clean just like any other ar style weapon.

One of the best plinking and practice rifles out there. I have mine setup like my 300 blk and use it to practice movements without breaking my bank account.

If you can see it, you will hit it, have three, and all three were dead on perfect right out of the box!
