2 years agoIt is only gun I could rack the slide. Shoots well. Good size for my hand. I would prefer it to be a lighter weight, but definitely not a deal breaker.

2 years agoIt is a very good looking and well manufactured. The slide is easy to rack, unlike my old shield, witch I sold back to Cabela's. Haven't shot it yet but will soon.

1 year agoNo issues. Works as promised. Extra mags can be difficult to find. If PSA has them when you order the gun then go ahead and get the mags. Packaging is minimal with a cardboard box, 2 mags, cable lock, manual and a chamber flag.

1 year agoEasiest gun for me to use. I have lost strength in my hands due to various nerve issues, and found others difficult to handle. This gun is lightweight, easy to rack and a 9mm to boot! Recommend to anyone with hand issues.

1 year agoThe right size I was looking for in a home defense weapon. Light weight and fits my hand very well. EZ slide is easy to operate.

1 year agoThis is the gun I’ve been looking for. I’m a beginner shooter with limited range experience and firing. The EZ fit the bill for safety and easy manipulation of the slide. The frame is right in what I consider to be the sweet spot for size and configuration. It’s small enough to be somewhat compact, but large enough so that you get a full grip and full control when firing. Loading the magazines is as easy as reported and anyone should be able to load them. I recommend this gin for anyone new

1 year agoLove this gun! Good for me and for my wife. Easy to rack, easy to load magazines, just what we needed!

1 year agoI like the size for personal safety, but also OK for range practice. Also, easy racking and take down for cleaning. I personally really like the two safeties! I'm a first time pistol owner and feel this was a good choice.

1 year agoWe followed user manual recommendations and carefully field stripped and cleaned the gun. Upon reassembling, we racked it a couple times to make sure it worked. The third time we racked it, it began jamming. We tried to field strip it again to see if we could find the cause and the slide became stuck on the frame. We returned the gun to Smith and Wesson for repairs on Feb. 16. It is now March 9 and we still are without our $500 S&W 9 EZ. Laurence Mahorney 843 696 4519

1 year agohave the shield in 9 mm as well bu the ez is so easy to rack it makes it a joy to shoot. And the magazine with the tabs is very easy to load as well, no need for a speed loader to assist with it.

1 year agoIt's a nice all around pistol. Considering the shortage of handguns I was happy to be able to purchase this one.

1 year agoPleased with the EZ operation on slide and the magazines since I am losing strength in my hands as I get older, nice clean shooting , great for concealing , but did have a bit difficulty finding the correct holster

1 year agoGreat little 9mm - FYI Not CA compliant - has the tactile (popup round in chamber) but it is able to fired without a magazine in place.

1 year agoPerfect as for my wife. My daughter later purchased one and loves it. Very easy to manipulate the slide.

1 year agoI've bought one for my wife and my son. Someone told him it was a "girl's gun", which it can be, but he loves it and he's 100% man (he'll whup you). He can rack the slide one handed and it's his EDC. For those that say it shoots "down and to the left" - this is likely due to your hand placement and trigger technique, not the gun. Get some training at the range. The gun is easy to clean, easy to load mags, easy to slide, easy to shoot. Guys can carry this in a pocket holster, women maybe IWB

1 year ago500 rounds, have had 3 F.T.F. (Failure To Fire) Not sure if it's the rounds I'm using. Or the step angle of the Feed Ramp. But I bought it as a range toy. So the FTF are not an issue for me.

1 year agoEasy to rack. I had a hand injury and count rack the slide on my other EDC Carry guns. Tons and tons of aftermarket accessories. Shoots good and reliable. Good for anyone having problems with racking the slide on their gun.

1 year agoIt’s a Smith &Wesson. Gun is great, well boxes and protected during shipping. Registration card in tact. Great first hand gun for my wife. Put over 600 rounds thru it without issue.

1 year agoMy right arm is mostly paralyzed from a birth injury. I bought this gun from PSA in December of 2019 I believe when they were first released, and after 3.5 years I've grown to truly love it. It's not picky with ammo, except during the break in period. It eats 115gr target rounds like candy, and cycles flawlessly after the first 500rds or so. Early on, i had mild cycling issues likely from over lubricating it, but never did it jam on me once. It handles different loads well, with my favorite
